All agreements must be paid in full at time of sale to ensure that everything advertised is available. Once an agreement has been finalized we begin the process of removing the vehicle from all online channels. Our team does everything in their power to contact scheduled appointments when a vehicle has sold. I am sorry to hear that you were not notified and I will be reviewing your experience in our next weekly huddle. We aim for 100% transparency and we clearly did not live up to our goal in this case. I am sorry for my delay in response but I needed to collect myself. Dionne does an incredible job at having vehicles ready for scheduled appointments. Due to our lot size we can only allow an appointment vehicle to remain upfront for an hour. Unfortunately you were past the agreed upon appointment time. From the moment you arrived we were well aware you drive a Porche Cayenee, a manager had to ask you to move it into a parking spot. We do ask all customers to use parking spaces and not leave their vehicle in front of the showroom blocking all incoming/outgoing traffic. We do not train our sales staff to treat our guests like "dirt" and will not allow anyone to swear, yell or disrespect them. We support our team members and value their effort. I personally would appreciate if you patronize another dealership as we do not seem to be a good fit. -Adam Schreffler
