Not perfect, but got the job done. I was 100% against buying a Ford, based on nothing more than what I have heard my entire life. I test drove Chevy and GMC and wasn't a fan, I searched I was 100% against buying a Ford, based on nothing more than what I have heard my entire life. I test drove Chevy and GMC and wasn't a fan, I searched for a Titan and was turned off by some reviews, I was close to buying a Tundra when I decided that it wasn't fair of me not to test drive a Ford. I went to Autofair Ford on a late Friday afternoon. I started working with Sebastian who was super friendly, but seemed a bit young. I told him that my biggest want was a sunroof, something with 70k or less miles, heated seats and a towing capacity of 8,000lbs or more. We looked at a few trucks and he brought out a Ford that was nice in it's own way, but didn't have a sunroof or heated seats. Honestly this irritated me as I was brought to a truck that had none of the options I wanted, but fit my budget. I told him that it was a nice truck but not what I was looking for. He started hustling around looking for a truck that fit and found a 2016 F150 that hit most of my list. We took the truck for a ride and he started going over some details with me. He said it was a 2017, had Apple Car Play, CPO etc... We got back to the dealership and I climbed under the truck to take a better look. He went inside to get more information and came out and told me it was a 2016. I took the truck for another ride because I really liked it. Having 70k miles I was pretty nervous as I like to keep my vehicles for a very long time. To ease my concerns they let me take the truck on a long test drive so I could run some errands and show it to my daughter. I ended up buying the truck and loving it. I found out shortly after that the CarPlay didn't work. The dealership honored it and got it fixed a few days later. I also smelled cigarette smoke on the first warm day and they took the truck in, gave me a loaner and ran a cleaning system through it and changed the cabin air filter. The smell is slightly noticeable now, but much better than it was before. All in all the sales team and the service advisor Tom Mahoney have been awesome. Tom answers my calls or gets back to me right away and gets me in for service as soon as possible. So far I have only needed minor things done to the truck, but I feel confident that they will handle any and all of my automotive needs when the time comes. More

Not surprisingly, his response consists of nothing but lies, but this time he's been caught in it. You see Mr. Schreffler, I still have the emails from that day which I will forward to you . We live 45min away, hence why I said we wasted 1 1/2 driving to and back from your dealership in my previous review. Your people knew that when we arranged for the visit. I emailed you that we could come see the car at 4:53:51PM. I emailed Dionne AFTER our unpleasant experience 65 minutes later at 5:58:37PM. So she knew it would take is at least 45min to get to the dealership, which is how long it took us, and we left the dealership about 20 minutes after arrival, 65 minutes after we said we would be leaving our home. But you say she held the car for us for an hour??? COMPLETE LIE! You also tried to make it sound like I tried to park my car in front of the showroom to make me look like a douch. We did not. Since we didn't see the car we were interested in anywhere near the front of the dealership, I stopped with the car running and my wife still inside, to enquire about where to go find it. Since no one was expecting us, we then went to park. After returning to the showroom and having to explain to two people what car we came to see, we were handed over to a third person to whom we repeated the same info. He then told us he had to go talk to the manager we had first emailed (who knew the exact car we came to see) who on returning told us come sit down because you had several cars that met that description and he didn't know which one we were interested in. You said that you knew what kind of car I was driving. Then why was your salesmans first question to us “what kind of car do you drive now”??? Why have you not addressed that in your rebuttal and commented on why your salesperson refused to show us a car unless we told him??? You said you were delayed in your response to my original review because you needed to collect yourself. That's another lie. You waited because you needed to compose a response that you knew would be blatantly untrue and that it would be less risky if you left a sufficient amount of time pass. Shame on you! By lying about me, you are lying to your other customers. As for my not returning to you dealership, don't worry, I don't ever plan to! More
Had an appointment to test drive a used ram. Showed up right on schedule and they sold it 45 min before i got there. The sad part is a half hour before i got there, i texted the sales person i was in comm right on schedule and they sold it 45 min before i got there. The sad part is a half hour before i got there, i texted the sales person i was in communication with letting her know i was on the way, and there was no indication made to me that the truck had been sold 15 min before that text. Very upset that this happened. The sales manager said "its 1st come 1st service, we dont hold vehicles for anyone. They could have recommended a holding deposit if thats the rule they use. Will not shop there again. More

Horrible dealership 2nd time I made the mistake of going to this horrible dealership to check out a car I found online. Went to check a car last year for my first daug 2nd time I made the mistake of going to this horrible dealership to check out a car I found online. Went to check a car last year for my first daughter. Once we got there, saw that the sticker price was several thousand dollars more than the online price and was told by the salesman that it would not be honored because “that’s just the online price”. So we left without a test drive and 1 1/2 of driving to go to the dealership. When to check another car today for my other daughter. The manager Dionne Quintal told me by email that the car would be ready when we arrived. Got there, no one knew anything. Told them which car we wanted to see and salesman told they would pull it around. Went to park my car, went back in and they brought another salesman. He had no idea why we were there. Told him again which car we were interested in, he went back to talk to the manager, then came back out to tell us to come to his cubicle as he needed to ask us some questions as they had several cars of the same model (even though the manager knew of the exact car we were interested in). After sitting us down, his first question was “what kind of car do you drive now” (not what car we were interested in seeing). After telling him that that didn’t matter, he then told me he would not show us a car if I didn’t tell him! Left again without a test drive. That is just unbelievable! Dionne Quintal, what kind of business are you running. What kind of people do you recruit as salespeople? Do you actually train them to treat customers like dirt? I doubt that any of these positive reviews are real. Suspect you probably force your salespeople to write them. By the way, since it’s so important for you to know, I dive a Porsche Cayenne. More
