All agreements must be paid in full at time of sale to ensure that everything advertised is available. Once an agreement has been finalized we begin the process of removing the vehicle from all online channels. Our team does everything in their power to contact scheduled appointments when a vehicle has sold. I am sorry to hear that you were not notified and I will be reviewing your experience in our next weekly huddle. We aim for 100% transparency and we clearly did not live up to our goal in this case.
