This sale appeared to be good right from the start but it took a bad turn. First after looking at all the pictures offered the car appeared nearly flawless. I asked Steve for additional pictures of any chips or issues with the paint and/or wheels. Steve sent me a walk- around video of the car stating while walking around it is one of the cleanest cars in the country. I noticed a chip in the paint on the hood. I had to ask him about it as he did not point that out to me. He stated he lets the video talk for itself, so I'm glad I asked. I felt it was my responsibility to ask again, are there any other chips, issues with the paint, interior or any issues with the wheels. The tires are brand new. His response was NO. We purchased the car on his word and were very excited to take delivery. I might add the transportation service was bar none - an enclosed trailer without requesting one. Once the car was delivered to the house we watched the driver unload our new car. He had to remove a Rolls Royce first then our 2017 XT5 with 26k miles. When the car was removed from the trailer I thought it looks brand new from afar. It looked great as he pulled it in the driveway. Hats off to their detail shop as a overall it looked good and the interior smelled great. Then the walk around. The chip on the hood was expected but then found chips on the rear quarter panel, 3 of the 4 rims have curb rash, there is a cut in the rear leather seat. At this point I'm feeling lied to. Then the test drive. It felt good until the open road - the car pulls to the right "a lot" and yes, I allowed for road crown. I had to take it to a dealership and have my new to me car to have a front end alignment. I contacted Steve on this issue and they paid for the repair as they should. Question: Why would they sell a car the blatantly pulls to one side and not correct this issue first? Now after purchasing this car I was told the title will follow. THREE + weeks later we receive the title. I was told that the state I live in will be charging a 2% penalty on the sales tax as the car was not registered within the allotted time the state allows. I explained my case to the DMV clerk and the penalty was waived, thankfully. Because of the very nice detail job on the car I had asked Steve to please give me the name of the detailer they use. Steve said no problem and said he will send me the 3 products they used on my car. I said I just need the name but okay thank you. 2 months later still no detailer... Thanks Steve, just the business name next time someone asks. FYI, I found the company and did what I should have done in the first place - buy my own. Where is the transparency? Caleb has been absolutely stellar) ^---- That is the short answer to my experience. I am a Shreveport, LA native and we don't have a Tesla dealer currently. So, when I got the idea to do this... When I got the idea to buy a used one... When I decided to drive 4 hours to see this vehicle sight unseen or even travel back on a battery powered car... I was gambling. The thing is I don't go to casinos, slot machines or scratch offs because in simple words... "The House always wins." I do gamble in life but getting a vehicle is something I normally don't choose to do. They were attentive... they (Caleb) were quick to answer everything I was concerned with. They offer local delivery and funny enough... was optimistic they would deliver to me. Clearly they don't drop off to Shreveport but it was enticing. I could tell the house was concerned over price but outside of that was wanting to grow their business by taking care of their clients. Fast forward ahead... I bought. I made the drive and had a weird situation happen once I returned home. Then another a month later. The care and effort put in during the 1st call was the same during the 2nd. I will buy my next Tesla (by the way.... I absolutely love the vehicle) from these guys. I am thinking it will be nice to see the model S next to a X... Very grateful they did what was asked of them without hesitation and I would highly recommend you use them moving forward. More

I spoke to Steve on phone at 8:00 AM, he called me back when he reached at dealership and the next hour I was at dealership. I was there with my son and wife looking into Tesla S signature series that Ste when he reached at dealership and the next hour I was at dealership. This is probably faster then buying few clothes at adidas. I was happy with Steve and his team. They are professional and not too much mark up on their inventory. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a used Tesla to check out their inventory first. 5- Star dealing, honestly and service. More
