I just went for an oil change and got an unexpected surprise for being first time customer and Nissan owner. Everyone that I talked too was very friendly. AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Service Department I went into the Service Department of the Nissan dealership located in Wood River Illinois Because my car was making some kind of crazy sound, but of I went into the Service Department of the Nissan dealership located in Wood River Illinois Because my car was making some kind of crazy sound, but of course it wasn't doing anything when I took it in to them the 1st time, so JP told me to bring it back in as soon as it starts to make the annoying sounds again and we'llget it taken care of. What do you know. the nextday the noise was back, I zoomed the car back down To Nissan and it was still making the noise when i got there, JP said he would get right on it and let me know what the problem was,... and that's exactly what he did, He had to order the part so he called me down there to pick up a loaner car, my car was finished andready to go by the next day and it's been running great and quietly every since.
