Stopped by early on a Saturday morning, prior to the dealership opening. Dakota was there took time off the clock to answer a few questions. No pressure, or hassle. I was misinformed on my finance info. John told me my interest rate would be 13% and when we were all ready to sign he informed me that he made a mistake and it will be 15% and which will make my payment interest rate would be 13% and when we were all ready to sign he informed me that he made a mistake and it will be 15% and which will make my payments go up $20/month. By this time I'm already sold and wanting my car. I also asked several times if they could find out if my car ever had key-less entry and they blew me off. I have looked elsewhere and found all I need to do is find out if this car was ever wired for key-less so all I would need to buy would be the key fob. To make matters worse live in Ballwin, Missouri and they made it seem like such a great deal by giving me a free oil change. Really? it will cost me more to drive out there, why not let me use it at a Nissan dealership near me? Oh I also was told by John that walking out the door I would be financing 16,xxx and when he hands me paperwork its 17,xxx and felt forced to accept the GAP insurance and made me feel that if I didn't get it then I probably wouldn't be able to get financed. Overall a not great experience. I went there for a Altima and felt pressured into my Corolla because they made me feel that was the only car I could get financed for. More
