To any potential car buyers from the dealership BEWARE!. We bought a car from them that according to them had a clean Carfax but in reality it did not. Make sure if you are buying a car here that you realize you are just a number and once they get your money they could care less about you. Always get your own Carfax and DO NOT trust theirs. I would highly recommend any other Nissan dealership but them. Good luck keeping your same salesman. There have been 4 salesman on our account since we bought the car 2.5 years ago. Also, make sure that if they tell you the car has a Nissan warranty that it actually gets registered with Nissan. We had this car for about a 1.5 years before we had a warranty issue and found out it had no warranty. They had to give us an in house warranty because the car was not able to be warrantied through Nissan for some reason. Just stay away from this place. All they care about is money and they have no customer service. More
When I came to buy a car they were very attentive and helpful. I love my Ford Escape a lot. When I bought my car I was told that since the financing was only preliminary until they verified the rest of t helpful. I love my Ford Escape a lot. John had told me that as soon as it was complete they would send me the other key. I called once a month for the last 4 months and then I am told that there is no other key that they can find and that John is no longer there. They refuse to get me another key unless I can find something in writing that says he offered that to me. To me that is not very good customer service. I feel that now that the sale is final they no longer care. I feel they do not care once the sale is done. I now have to invest another chunk of money in a new key that was promised. Will I come back here again? Probably not. Will I recommend this place? Probably not. I know it sounds petty but I am a person of my word and I expect others to be also. More
I was impressed with the facility itself, and the stock of vehicles. I had initially planned to go to Auffenberg because it's closer to my home, but they didn't carry the car that I wanted to test drive, of vehicles. But Autocenters Nissan wasn't a bad drive at all from our location, and they had several of the Nissan Jukes that I was interested in test driving. The facility itself was very nice, and I really appreciated the hot teas. Will was really great and helpful with deciding what I was looking for in a vehicle and arranging the test driving portion. He was also really good about discussing price. The financing portion went really smoothly, and I was happy with the deal that we ended up signing with. Overall I'd say everyone was professional and friendly, and it was a good first car buying experience. I'm looking forward to my year of free maintenance and would gladly do business with Autocenters again. More

Will Hunter is a liar and would not back up what he promised. He guaranteed the vehilce I bought would pass inspection and it wouldn't. There was 4 lights that didn't work after I drove it off the lo promised. He guaranteed the vehilce I bought would pass inspection and it wouldn't. He tried to blow smoke up my xxx about the vehicle passing all inspection tests that the dealership put it through and how the lights must have quit working after that. They didn't work when I pulled it off the lot. I had to spend $65 in fuel and a day of my time to drive back to the dealership to get the headlight fixed and try to get the license plate lights fixed. All the dealership did was fix the headlight. I had already fixed the fog light. They were supposed to do the license plate lights and I had to do that myself after I left the second time because Will Hunter was being an absolute jerk to work with and totally lacked any customer support. Two of the window switchs didn't work (found this out after I bought it) so I asked them to cover the switch since I had to come back a second time to get things corrected that I was initially promised were right and all Will would cover was the labor to fix it. Will tried charging me $100 for a switch that cost $76 from Ford or $62 from O'Reilly Auto Parts. To top it off it wasn't even the right switch he was going to replace because I went to a local ford dealer and bought the switch and had to return it to get the two passenger side switches that I figured were bad in the first place. I will never go back to this dealership in my life and feel that it is salesmen like Will Hunter who give all car sales people a bad name. More
Both Johnny & Adam were knowledgeable and personable beyond measure. Every car we have ever purchased has always been a hassle and no fun, but this time it was truly a stree free fun experience. In fact I am HAPPY to say Johnny and Adam were polite with not only my husband and I but with my children and that means alot. In dealing with many salesmen/dealerships in our past this experience was above the rest by a long shot. Exceptional customer service, which these days is so hard to come by! We drove for 4 hours to buy our Nissan from this dealership and had a horrible experience. We had vocalized ahead of time that we would appreciate having our vehicle ready since we had driven so far from home to pick it up. Upon arrival our vehicle was filthy and Adam in finance was so pushy on an extended warranty despite the fact that we purchased a certified vehicle. He would not accept no for an answer. As adults we know when we want to purchase something. If we say no, we mean no. After complaining about the spots on the leather seats and the Cheerios under the seat, they took our car back to have it "cleaned". While waiting Dave Wolf took the license plates off our old car but paused multiple times so that he could mess with his phone. When we finally received our "clean" car, the spots on the leather seats had been wiped off and the Cheerios were vacuumed up but the crackers on the other side were not. The pop that was spilled on the back passenger door was not cleaned either. We are still waiting on the Powertrain information that Adam said he would send us multiple times and we have still never received our Certified Nissan paperwork despite us calling the Nissan Corporation who has called the dealership multiple times on our behalf without a return phone call from the dealership. This dealership is unprofessional and we will never go back. We will drive wherever we need to for the best deal and we will never drive here again. More
