Well where do i start with my review.... First I went to their labor day sale to look at 2013 Altima's. The salesmen made the comment (I forgot his name) that the deal ended that day so If i wanted to make their labor day sale to look at 2013 Altima's. (This is while I knew the sale had another day left because I looked at their website before going) So when I felt pressured into buying a new car I left. The next day I called asking if the sale was still going, Bob, answered and told me that the sale was still going on and the person that i dealt with was probably new and didn't know. So when I talked to Bob about making a purchase I told him that I was unable to see him that day because of work. He called me the next day and said they were offering 4,000 off 2014's. (which is the same car as the 2013) I said I appreciate it, but was waiting for a better offer. Then you fast forward to a week later, I went in there seeing what I could get for my trade in with the intention of buying from another dealer. This is where I met roger, who said "I bet we could get you a better deal on a brand new one" They offered 3,000 dollars for my trade in which is about 1500 lower than most dealers, and while I was waiting for Roger to comeback to the desk after talking with the manager they had about three salesmen standing at the door talking about experiences they had with other customers. Not very professional whatsoever. Then Roger cameback with a figure and after low balling me on my trade in they also wanted to sell me a brand new car for 25,000 dollars with a promotion that wasn't as good as the labor day sale. Not to mention I went in there just wanting to trade, no intention of buying a car. But they will push and hound you and you will get that feeling of knowing they won't be honest with you. I would not recommend this dealership whatsoever. Just sitting there at the desk hearing the other salesmen bad mouth previous customers is enough to say no thanks.. Not to mention Roger becoming unprofessional when he realized they couldn't match other dealers on used prices and i wasn't interested in their offer for a new one. STAY AWAY! More
Drove in from 125 miles for their great Nissan sale! I guess their cash price was OK but they really tried to screw me on my trade! I had called to talk to them and was told that the car I had should be guess their cash price was OK but they really tried to screw me on my trade! I had called to talk to them and was told that the car I had should be worth a certain trade in value. Great we should be able to make a deal....I'll be in to see you. I drive in and the sales guy drives my car, looks it over, and says "this car is in great shape". I am thinking this should be a great deal and easy transaction. No such luck! He comes back with the figures and starts explaining them to me. Bottom line is they offered me $4200 dollars less than the trade value of the car. I said no way! Told the sales guy about my conversation with Bob Staggs! The sales guy went back to his bosses and returned with Bob Staggs who tried to call me a liar but it was obvious he knew he had screwed up. I should have punched him in the face but I didn't! I walked out and returned home. Because of all my research online I was in the Nissan system and they called to see if I had reached a deal. I said NO and told them about my experience at Auto Centers Nissan in Wood River Illinois. He then connected me to another dealer where I made a deal over the phone. I saved $3000.00 dollars by not buying from them. I believe they falsely advertised their product and deals. If you don't care about the value of your trade then go ahead and let them have your car but I keep up my research and got a much better deal! Won't ever set foot on that lot again! More
My family and I have bought 5 vehicles from auto centers over the past year and a half and continue to service our 2 new nissans there on a regular basis. I rated them excellent across the board and they deserve it. They are great people and we have only had one issue with one of the used cars my aunt bought. The issue was addressed and the repair was made at no cost to her. Every time I am up there they are extremely busy, I guess some people may not like it but it just shows me that a ton of people think the same way I do…shop auto centers and save a bunch of money! Its definitely worth the trip to wood river! More

Brandon was very good to work with and with as busy as the dealership was kept us involved and aware every step of the way. After we decided on the vehicle we wanted Brando got us squared away with the paperwork in a very efficient manner. We then dealt with Michael in Finance who made our possible bad situation a great one and smooth process. We love the car and will highly Recommend Nissan AutoCenters to all. More

To any potential car buyers from the dealership BEWARE!. We bought a car from them that according to them had a clean Carfax but in reality it did not. Make sure if you are buying a car here that you realize you are just a number and once they get your money they could care less about you. Always get your own Carfax and DO NOT trust theirs. I would highly recommend any other Nissan dealership but them. Good luck keeping your same salesman. There have been 4 salesman on our account since we bought the car 2.5 years ago. Also, make sure that if they tell you the car has a Nissan warranty that it actually gets registered with Nissan. We had this car for about a 1.5 years before we had a warranty issue and found out it had no warranty. They had to give us an in house warranty because the car was not able to be warrantied through Nissan for some reason. Just stay away from this place. All they care about is money and they have no customer service. More
When I came to buy a car they were very attentive and helpful. I love my Ford Escape a lot. When I bought my car I was told that since the financing was only preliminary until they verified the rest of t helpful. I love my Ford Escape a lot. John had told me that as soon as it was complete they would send me the other key. I called once a month for the last 4 months and then I am told that there is no other key that they can find and that John is no longer there. They refuse to get me another key unless I can find something in writing that says he offered that to me. To me that is not very good customer service. I feel that now that the sale is final they no longer care. I feel they do not care once the sale is done. I now have to invest another chunk of money in a new key that was promised. Will I come back here again? Probably not. Will I recommend this place? Probably not. I know it sounds petty but I am a person of my word and I expect others to be also. More
I was impressed with the facility itself, and the stock of vehicles. I had initially planned to go to Auffenberg because it's closer to my home, but they didn't carry the car that I wanted to test drive, of vehicles. But Autocenters Nissan wasn't a bad drive at all from our location, and they had several of the Nissan Jukes that I was interested in test driving. The facility itself was very nice, and I really appreciated the hot teas. Will was really great and helpful with deciding what I was looking for in a vehicle and arranging the test driving portion. He was also really good about discussing price. The financing portion went really smoothly, and I was happy with the deal that we ended up signing with. Overall I'd say everyone was professional and friendly, and it was a good first car buying experience. I'm looking forward to my year of free maintenance and would gladly do business with Autocenters again. More
