Used purchase Purchased a used 2015 Nissan from this dealership and was very excited at the time and I love my car but than I discovered that they jacked the price Purchased a used 2015 Nissan from this dealership and was very excited at the time and I love my car but than I discovered that they jacked the price up so much and the car is not nearly worth what I am paying for it. No one will refinance me because of this. At the time of purchase I was repeatedly told I would be able to refinance. Now I am stuck with a ridiculous car note and no way out of it. Be sure to double check the price of the car on the paperwork and the sticker price on the car. More
Surprise Experience I dread going into dealerships for any reason, so I was greatly surprised by my recent experience. My air conditioner blower stopped working so I made I dread going into dealerships for any reason, so I was greatly surprised by my recent experience. My air conditioner blower stopped working so I made an appointment for 9:30 to have it checked out. I arranged for a ride as I expected this to be at least a 2 day ordeal. I told my ride to wait until I called because of the usual 20 minute check in times I've had at other dealerships. When I arrived, a specialist quickly greeted me and asked me what problem I was having. He jumped in the car and said he would have it checked out right away and let me know what they find. I decided not to call my ride and wait for the word on the car. 20 minutes later ( the time I allotted for check in), I was told my blower motor was being replaced and there was a recall issue being taken care of also. I was flabbergasted that this issue would be resolved in such a short time. While I waited for the tech to finish, I enjoyed hot coffee and a donut in the customer waiting area. I have to say this was my best experience ever for service. Thank you Auto Centers. More
Horrible Completely misled on the phone, was told I wouldn't have to wait long only to get there and wait 2 hours while the person who was dealing with us was Completely misled on the phone, was told I wouldn't have to wait long only to get there and wait 2 hours while the person who was dealing with us was also helping several other people. Explained our entire situation over the to avoid this situation only to be told the exact opposite after 2 hours of sitting. Not to mention the person helping us (Lawrence) was trying to sell us a firestick on the side instead of actually discussing the situation. All cars were over priced and I wasn't even allowed to drive it until the went through there stuff, probably one of the worst times at a dealership and I have bought 5 cars in the last 3 years. Won't go back, even if they would be the only ones who can either help or have the car I want. More
