The salesman Nolan and Randy finance were great. However, when I looked at the car the tailgate was already raised up so I didn't inspect the outside of the hatch. I did notice 3 days later that where the wiggidy frog emblem was fell off and there is rust behind it. I called spoke to Randy about the warranty and I also told him about it. He said warranty is for mechanical issues however he would have the salesman call me that day or the following day. I still have not heard from anyone on this issue. I feel like I was lied to because no one called me back. Bad customer service More
