The paperwork and financing was the fastest I've ever experienced when buying a car and they were able to get our monthly payment lower than what we even asked for with stool not pushing out our loan to a longer term. The only reason I have 4 stars is because I was pretty unimpressed with the detailing job they did. There were parts of the vehicle they didn't even touch that were dirty and my driver door was sticky and had visible dirt that I was able to get off on my own. Overall the good out weighed the bad and I am really happy with my experience. More

My salesman was Nolan and he was such a chill, professional, and fun guy (he entertained my 2 kids, they had a blast). The finance and sales managers were so welcoming and kind as well. This was hands down the best car buying experience, EVER. I have been recommending them like crazy! You won't be disappointed. I'm from St. Louis, it was WORTH the drive. More
We decided to look for another vehicle since both of ours are 11 years old. After looking online for quite sometime we found a few on their site that peaked our interest and was within our price range. We we are 11 years old. I called the dealership on Tuesday to make sure the ones we liked were still available and set up the test drive for that evening. We test drove the two we liked and decided on the 2018 Armada. By the time we were done it was almost closing time for the dealership. We gave them our info and I instructed them to run the app through our bank only, which they did, and told them we would be back the following evening to sign the papers. We went in the next evening signed the papers and was out the door within 30 minutes. Jordan S. was our salesman and he was extremely personable and easy to deal with. This was our very first purchase with this dealership and I highly recommend them and Jordan! More
On 05/11/2022 took my new Nissan for its first oil change and another issue car was having which they said they couldn’t recreate at the time and that was fine I also took it in for its first oil change and and another issue car was having which they said they couldn’t recreate at the time and that was fine I also took it in for its first oil change and got a phone call at 9:28 am telling me vehicle was ready for pickup my wife and I work till 5 so they left key and paperwork to pickup after hours my wife got in our vehicle started the engine the oil light check engine light and another light was on she called me over there engine was rattling and lights on hood was not shut the numbers on the mirror were turned to the green side so I opened hood pulled the dipstick it was dry no oil was replaced there tech drove this vehicle with light on and beeping out of bay and parked it paid no attention to lights on dash paid no attention hood was open so what am I stuck with damaged engine who knows will find tomorrow am you would think the dealer you bought your new vehicle from would train and have a double check system so when you go for service check you oil folks I will update on outcome More

Awesome to Awful: I bought a new Titan here about a year ago. Loved the transaction and process. I was a lifetime customer here. Until today… Over the past few months I’ve been getting email and text from this dealership telling me they want to buy my truck. I figured since I have some lifestyle changes it might be a good Idea. After using their online tool to see what the trade-in range would be, I decided it might be worth it. After several back and forth with Mr. Skaggs I decided to come in and see a different truck. After the 45-minute drive to get there Mr. Skaggs was nowhere. I met with Jordan, who I had the pleasure of dealing with before. Talking to Jordan I realized they might have lured me to the dealership to pitch some misinformation to me. My “offer” from the website was a range 4 thousand more than what the dealership offered. I had the whole BAIT and SWITCH pulled on me. If they’re going to use a “third party” site on their website, they should stand by it, or not use it. This whole experience ruined me on this dealership. Zero integrity. I wasted my time online with this dealership, 45 minutes to get there, 45-1 hour there, 45 minutes home. They didn’t respect my time or my willingness to be a return customer. Return I wont. They may have sent me back to Toyota. More
