Hi Greg, We dropped the ball here, and we're devastated we upset a long time customer. The tool on our website isn't a "guaranteed offer", it is simply a tool used to give our customers a price RANGE on what their vehicle is worth. It should've been in the disclaimer for the offer you received. Our staff dropped the ball and did not clearly explain that before you drove out 45 minutes. This has been sent to everyone in Executive Management to discuss and use as a learning experience. We are very sorry, and we hope you re-consider in the future.
