you can spin it how you like but if only i could paste the dealerships certified trade estimate that was generated from the value of my vehicle that was sent to me by bob the salesman on top of being verbally told it was a legitimate quote then to be told by another salesman unfortunately autocenters isnt in the car buying buisness....oh how this dealership has went to sh%# as far as customer satisfaction....beware buyers trust me

What you initially got quoted was just an estimated value from our website tool, we don't guarantee a final value unless you as a customer finish our trade form, or come in to have your vehicle physically evaluated. The guaranteed offer form was not done until after you came into the store. All efforts are made to verify the information and review all evidence regarding current market values for all guaranteed and final offers prior, but it must be the customer who completes the full trade form to gain the guaranteed offer.
