I went in looking specifically for a White Toyota 4 Runner. Paul and Rodney suggested that I drive several cars and trucks to make sure that is what I really wanted. I was still undecided, so they took down the information of color, type of vehicle, weight of the vehicle, specifics of the vehicle etc. A few days later Paul said that he was getting in a 2018 Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee White with Tan interior within my budget and that the car would in later that day. Anyway, needless to say I drove around the block and was sold. Rodney made the paper work seamless which can be stressful. He was so organized, he even call the Credit Union to give his rep a heads up and to keep an eye out for my name and info. He also called Geico and got my insurance switched over.
