Walked in, they gave me the keys to several cars, went to take a look. Drove up with one to test drive. Absolutely zero hard sales tactics. The price was the best I could find on CarGuru's site. They did offer an extended warranty, and my defenses kicked in and said I would wait. Researched that at home, and the price they gave was $500 cheaper than elsewhere...so I bought the warranty too. Stop going elsewhere, I am a huge sceptic and they proved me wrong. More

When Robby explained, the price you see is the price you get, I knew I found the right place. After so many frustrating dealership experiences where they up charge you $10,000 with add ons claiming “they are mandatory”, this was clear, cut, and dry. The way it should be. Robby was thorough in explaining the process that made it easy to follow along. No miss direction, no random numbers coming in left and right. Just a genuine conversation on how I can take the car home and an individual that was right by my side the whole way. Robby even provided companies that could ship my car! Very proactive in every step! If this is how they do business, I’m putting Wilmington NC on my travel list so I can thank them in person. Thank you! More
