In our ever increasing digital age, what a pleasure it is to find and work with a company that understands and practices high value customer service. I worked with Julian on my purchase and from the moment to find and work with a company that understands and practices high value customer service. I worked with Julian on my purchase and from the moment I walked into the office, there was a smile on his face and an easy casual manner about him. The process was seamless and I was on the road with the vehicle (including a test drive) in an hour. I was in the market for a low mileage hybrid and found what I wanted at Auto Wholesale at a price that was at or below market value. A minor follow-up issue involving floor mats was resolved by Julian without question and in less than 5 minutes. For anyone in the market for a high quality pre-owned vehicle at a competitive price, I would highly recommend starting, and probably ending, your search at Auto Wholesale, and working with Julian if he is available. Easiest car purchase ever. The summary: 1) Found car on their website listed for the middle range of KBB valuation. 2) Called to see if it was still in stock. They answered quickly, no phone tag. 3) Tim went out to make sure it smelled okay. (Big deal to me, and he took me seriously despite it being an odd request.) 4) I came down to test drive. I had ample time to look at the car without anyone hovering over my shoulder. It was clean and as listed on the website. 5) I left a deposit and planned to come back two days later to complete the transaction. 6) I came back and finished the paperwork. They offered a warranty package but didn't pressure me to take it. They topped me off with gas. I drove away in my new-to-me car in under an hour. Thanks Tim! I hardly ever buy cars, but if I did it more often I'd come back here! More

My daughter and I were in search of a rather/newer model small SUV for her to travel around in. We hadn't much experience with the used car market in the greater Wilmington, NC area, thus we searched the In small SUV for her to travel around in. We hadn't much experience with the used car market in the greater Wilmington, NC area, thus we searched the Internet for dealerships with good ratings - and Auto Wholesale was at the top of the list. Our next step was searching thru their inventory - we found a 2018 Toyota RAV 4 with 40k miles and no (known) accidents. This when we met the sales manager - Robbie Curtis. Robbie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to give us a good price for our trade-in. The entire process, from the time we entered the dealership, to the time we drove off the lot was 3 hours. We highly recommend Robbie and the staff at Auto Wholesale, and if/when our needs arise for another used car, we'll first look to them. More
