Get car inspected prior to purchase Bought a used car here at the end of November. The day we got it home we noticed a taillight was out and the driver seat heater wasnt working. Still covered under manufacturer warranty, but now our problem to remedy. Just be careful to fully inspect what you can prior to purchase yourself, and ask them to provide one for anything you can't inspect personally. Otherwise seemed like a fair dealership. As a young woman purchasing her first car on her own I was terrified. I had already been hounded by other dealerships so I figured this experience would be the same. I’m so glad I was wrong! Once I approached his desk he asked how he could help me and after a handshake he said feel free to look around and let me know if you’d like the keys to something; that he wouldn’t be over my shoulder. This alone allowed me to let my guard down a little. I hadn’t gone there with the intentions of buying a car, but after seeing a 2017 Honda Accord Sport for a crazy good price, I decided to talk to him about pricing. I told him my monthly goals and I was shocked he was able to work with me enough to hit it. After driving off the lot I noticed I didn’t have floor mats, he informed me that he didn’t think that particular car came with them but he is going to track some down for me in a few days. Oh and did I mention he followed me all the way to the gas station to fill up my car so I would have a full tank?
