Aime was aware of it and made the process so much easier for me. Most of it was done online and over the phone. By the time I got there, I drove my BMW, loved it and signed. Easy! Simple! The Worst Experience Ever I had a terrible experience here. At first it was okay they greeted us and took care of us. I told them what car I wanted to see and they told me they I had a terrible experience here. At first it was okay they greeted us and took care of us. I told them what car I wanted to see and they told me they didn't even have it at the dealership so I had to wait for them to bring it from another location. It took them about 20 min. Because they couldn't even find the keys. After they brought the car over, it was dirty on the inside and out. They told me if i bought it they would send it back to get it cleaned. When i decided i wanted the car we went inside to get the paper work ready. I told them i already had a bank and loan ready and that I DID NOT want to apply for any other loans with them. Without my permission, they applied at other banks and now it shows up on my credit report which brought my score down since I was obviously denied for their banks. But they failed to mention it. After a long time, they finally said again for the second time that they were going to get the paperwork ready and they took my deposit. We had been stuck at the dealer for 3 hours and they didn't let us know what was happening with my loan until i finally asked them. They said my bank had denied the loan and they were "trying to figure out why". I told them i would go to my bank to find out what was going on, keeping in mind that i didnt live nearby, they said once i got approved they would personally take the car to where i lived but they said they were going to keep the deposit so the car wouldnt sell?? The bank finally told me the loan was denied because it didnt meet the requirements for the loan, so i obviously decided to look for another car. I called them and let them now what was going on and they kept insisting to buy another car from them but with the experience i got, there was no way. I asked for my deposit and they said it would be a week before i recieved it by check in the mail. Its been more than a week and i have not recieved anything. I tried calling and texting the sales person and they have ignored me. They are unproffesional. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYBODY. This was supposed to be a great first experience buying a car and AWE made it the worst. I have had better exeperiences in other places and have been attended better too. Do not get fooled by their smiles. They deserve no stars. More
Bad Experience Had very bad experience after the deal is closed. Before the deal: Got a great hospitality at the show room. Got coffee, water etc. Had a great conversations with manager and sales person. They even skipped their lunch for us to sell the vehicle. Initially I felt great, the way they explain the things and communicate with me. But I haven't been told that there is no second KEY for the vehicle. After the deal: Right after signing the papers, I asked for second key and they started saying the pre-owned vehicle would have some flaws, doesn't come with key etc. which should've told me before sign the papers. This car is just 8months old (almost new). In my opinion, any car (used or new), has 2 keys and if not the customer should've known so that they'll negotiate on the price. They said, you already got the vehicle for less than we own (no one sells cars with out profit and more over both parties agreed on the price) but they speak as if I am getting it for free. I've been having email conversation with sales person who said he'll try to get me the key but he stopped responding. I went to showroom again and he was not there but I spoke to his manager. I don't see such kind of manager and he started saying the vehicle doesn't come with 2nd key and he said you can return the vehicle which is the worst thing I ever heard from dealers. I asked why did you not tell me before sign the papers, he said he'll order and charge me but didn't answer my question (why did you not tell me before sign the papers). He was trying to tell me that you got the vehicle for less than we own and he knows vendors who can make keys for $500. Now, I have to spend extra money ($500) for 2nd key otherwise when I want to sell the vehicles to dealers they'll reduce the price for not having 2nd key. I am sure AutoWebExpo would have reduced price on this vehicle when they bought from previous owner for not having a 2nd key. More

Not Just a Saleswoman I have worked with Alicia in the past and not only was it just a buying experience, it was a learning experience. Since my initial purchase she has be I have worked with Alicia in the past and not only was it just a buying experience, it was a learning experience. Since my initial purchase she has been excellent about keeping up with me as well as offering advice and providing me with the proper avenues for whatever question or need I may have. I have never had a sales consultant that has gone so far above and beyond in all areas while creating a seamless and pressure-free buying experience. I cannot wait to use her again for my ever-changing search for the perfect vehicle. More
Would never recommend this dealership Honestly this dealership does not even need one star. I am reporting this to the BBB and the news channel along with my reviews on the web. I asked the finance person if I should pay my note or if it would be paid on time. He said they pay off within 3 days. A week went by still not paid off. I kept being reassured by Vinnie that it was. Come into September and it still was not paid off. I was over 30 days late showing on my credit report. Finally I get a response from them saying, " it somehow got lost in the mail." How is this acceptable? So finally about 5 days later after my credit was already messed up it was paid off. Only then does it get better. I talked with a man Edward who was apologetic and said he would take care of it. Come to find out they paid all but $23.75. Well a few days later it was still not paid as they assured me it would be. When I called back Edward no longer worked there and I spoke with Jason. Jason told me to pay it and they would send a check. Also in the meantime they were supposed to figure out how to talk with the finance company to get the 30 days off since it was 100% their fault. I do not recommend this place to anyone on how they handle their customer relations and don't care about people's credit reports. This is very negligent and will be reported. Be careful in dealings with them because they are not honest and have not still received a check I shouldn't have even had to pay for. One last remark would not let me speak with owner. More

At least no feeling of guilty that they could not deliver because of technical glitch. After getting the documents I see my name of wrongly spelled inspite of providing the copies of Drivers License, Passport copies etc., Vehicle registration was done with incorrect spelling. Still struggling to find a point of contact to get the same corrected. Promised Edmunds gas card and did not honour the same. Tried to contact the sales guy, and unfortunately he is no more with this dealer. Called the dealership but always gets an answer that manager is in meetings, away from desk..
