Ali is very "COVID conscious." He made sure that the car, the pen, the keyboard, EVERYTHING was sanitized before I used it, which I greatly appreciated it. I usually hate buying a new car but dealing with Ali was a pleasure. I'd given him the details of what I was needing in an SUV to tow a camper and he was able to suggest the perfect car. I originally drove a Toyota Camry, we were referred to Auto Web due to the exceptional service. My mom did most of the looking for me due to having to work from 8-5PM. The car she originally chose had a dent in it and Auto Web stated they would fix it. We were originally getting helped by another salesman but Mr. Ali took over and helped us in any way that he could. Long story short the car my mom picked out for me was ok but I knew I wanted something different. Ali and Ben had no problem with helping me and did it in a HEARTBEAT Ali texted me asked me what colors and features did I want within 24 hours had me in my beautiful silver Benz with the panoramic roof. This deal took some time due to me and my mom doing our research and making sure whatever I picked I loved. Ali had all the patience in the world and worked with me every single step of the way. I love my car I drove off with tears of happiness, He made this experience so nice for me. In the beginning with our previous salesman it was very stressful and lacked communication once we expressed our troubles to Ben he sent Mr. Ali who was like an angel from the heaven gates lol! I called this morning to confirm they had a specific vehicle in stock, and I even confirmed the stock number. I was told yes. After I asked a few general questions, and received vague and evasive responses from the sales associate, Jason, I was transferred to his manager, Daniel. Daniel answered a few questions, confirmed again the car was available. I set up an appointment to drive the car at 2 pm. Before I arrived, I received a text message from Maryam asking if we could communicate through text. I agreed. It was at that time I told her I was running late and I would arrive at 3 pm. She told me she would let Daniel and Jason know. I arrived at 3 pm and asked for Jason. When he approaches me, he tells me the car sold 10 minutes before I arrived. How is that possible, if I had an appointment to drive the car??!!! At some point before I arrived, I should have been contacted by Jason, Daniel or Maryam regarding the sale of the vehicle. I wholeheartedly believe this could be a bait and switch. Buyer beware. Believe the bad reviews and do not waste your time or money. More
