I purchased a vehicle earlier this year. I moved out of town before I ever used my pre-paid maintenance. I contacted Auto Web Expo back in August to cancel and refund my money as it was impossible for me town before I ever used my pre-paid maintenance. I contacted Auto Web Expo back in August to cancel and refund my money as it was impossible for me to use it 6 hours away. I spoke with Daniel Luna Sr. and he said I would receive my refund of $989 shortly. two weeks past I called back and asked where my check was and they said I needed to give them my mileage. I did and waited until September and called them again requesting my refund. I received an email from Daniel Luna Sr on 10/20 stating my refund was $989 and he asked for my proof of payoff. I sent that on 10/21, and now 12/1 I still have not received my check. I called upset and told them I was frustrated and may contact a lawyer, and at that time Daniel Luna Sr. hung up on me, and they refuse to give me my money! This is the worst auto dealer I have ever dealt with. More
