We found this dealership on the web. They offered a great price for a great vehicle. We bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was delivered to our home about 500 miles away. There have been no issues, no problems with the vehicle. We would definitely make the same purchase again. Our salesperson was Ali. He was very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very experienced. Ali made a sight unseen internet transaction actually comfortable... Which I think is surprising since we did not know him, had never met him not had ever spoke to him before calling about the vehicle. After the transaction and delivery of the car we had a few questions and sure enough Ali was their to answer them. In addition, Ali followed up two years later to see if we may be interested in another purchase or trading in for an upgrade from the Mercedes CLA. We were content with our situation but none the less had a nice lengthy conversation with Ali about our children, his children and their futures. It was very refreshing. Ali is a professional. We put down a $500 refundable deposit to h Buyer Beware😡😡😡😠😠😠😠 Our salesman was good and helpful. It was everything after that was horrible. We put down a $500 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until we got off work. It took us 30 days and a call to the credit card company to get it refunded. The finance lady tried to sneak $6,000 worth of aftermarket charges into our loan. I specifically asked for pricing and conveniently the system was down but yet she was still able to add it to the loan paperwork. We canceled all the aftermarket charges she added but she says she cannot produce any paperwork showing this was done and that the car payment will not change. Our trade was not paid off in over 30 days and the payment for the trade in was taken out of our banking account. This was a very frustrating situation after everything else we were dealing with. We are past 30 days and the $6000 warranty that we canceled within 24 hours of purchase has still not been taken off the loan. This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. We will be filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau 😔😡😠 More
