I purchased a car from this dealership from out of States. I was treated very bad, no gas in the car and no voucher for gas and upon receiving the car, took the car to Mercedes dealership. they recom States. I was treated very bad, no gas in the car and no voucher for gas and upon receiving the car, took the car to Mercedes dealership. they recommended I replaced all tires and one wheel was bad . I called the manager, she promised to call me and never did. She acted like is not her problem very bad experience and customer service. She acted like she don't care. Took my number to call me back and never did. Please be careful when buying from out of town. More

Ali is my favorite salesman in Dallas and I say that confidently. He doesn't rush to sell you like a typical dealership culture is meant to, instead he takes his time to help you find exactly what you'r confidently.
