I found a lot of nice cars with low mileage and a good price, I decided to inquire about one of them and Karen quickly responded with an email. I wanted to know more information about the car, so I call the number listed on the website. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive and I loved the car. It was very clean and drove very nice. Karen explained different finance options so I decided to go for it. The whole finance process was a little long but it was worth waiting. I love my car, I love the fact that it is under warranty and it has not given me any issues at all. I sent my nephew to buy a car with them since it has been the easiest car buying experience I ever had. Once my nephew got approved for his own car, they sent me a check for $125.00 for referring him to them. I will definitely recommend to everyone. More
Bought a lemon We got a great deal on a 2009 Honda Pilot. Unfortunately, all four tires were mismatched (we asked them to give us two new ones but looking back, should have asked for all four). Also, there were no floor mats, pieces of the interior were missing (a piece of plastic in the back door), and the worst part which we didn't notice during the day, was the windshield had scratches all over it. It gets better though. We were given the "Carfax" report which turned out to be fake. It said "minor front end damage due to an accident". So we knew that ahead of time, but seriously, a little fender bender doesn't usually affect the overall performance of a car. So we went ahead with the deal. After several months to a year we kept having problems with the front end of the Pilot. It made noise when we turned that did not sound normal. Turns out we needed to replace the whole axel, which is almost unheard of as far as factory power train. Replaced the brakes and rotors. I can't remember all the other things that needed to be done, but the last time we had something fixed the mechanic said "you'll have to come back for some more work that will cost about $800". I had had enough, so I started looking into trade-in values just to get rid of the thing. Took it to Honda and they offered us $4000 when we still owed almost 12. They also informed us that the Carfax report rendered the vehicle TOTALLED. We had no idea and were completely fooled. Long story short... pull your own Carfax. Better yet, stay away from this place. All of their vehicles are salvaged from auctions and they just make them "presentable" (but from the sound of these reviews, they don't even do a good job of that). Go to a dealership and buy what you can afford. It will save you $$ in the long run. More

I bought a car from them back in June, and after driving it for a few months, began to notice a couple of little things. I called them and they are getting me in and taking care of me this weekend. Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition I agreed to purchase a slightly used vehicle with only 5500 miles that had been "slightly damaged" requiring the fender and bumper to be replaced. The price was fantastic (there is always a reason for a fantastic price when buying cars). Once I had the car home I noticed that someone had cut a grapefruit size hole in the carpet on the passenger side floor. This damage was not present when I paid for the car. I returned the car and put a hold on my check. Shawn agreed to take care of it so they took the car to a local trim shop that I had contacted. The trim shop owner contacted me to tell me how it was going to be repaired and asked that I come approve of the repair. Upon closer inspection of the repair site I discovered that there was significantly more damage to the firewall of the vehicle and some rust underneath the carpet where it had been leaking through a hole in the firewall. At this point I determined that there were too many red flags to continue with this purchase and luckily I had stopped payment on my check. Vehicle was returned and sale cancelled. There seems to be a pattern of buying wrecked cars cheap and reselling. Buyer beware. More

Never had chance to pickup plates since they were mailed to me...assuring not to meet up face to face to be questioned about things promised by Shawn. Good price...subpar service/not keeping your word, in my eyes. More
Awful. Do not give time of day. I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 from them in November of 2013 from their salesman Mo. The car seemed great other than an alignment was needed and the hood needed to be straightened up as it rattled when the car was in park and while you drove. They agreed to fix both problems, and seemingly did. I received the car during the ice storm, so I didn't notice all the problems with it. The airbag light turned on shortly after purchase, the driver side rear wheel is bent inward, and there is a leak I can not find that leaves puddles in the back floor boards. Worst experience buying anything ever. The only person that was decent during the entire experience was the financial woman. The dealership is trash. The Carfax were either fabricated or not current for the car. I could say at least four or five more issues with this dealership but I think you get the picture. More
Purchased a car at the Richardson dealership. Car I bought was in a "minor" accident from what I was told. Apparently, it was a bigger accident than what I was told it was. I took my car to the dealership for a recall and because my hood wouldn't shut all the way. Turns out the accident was so bad, it knocked the driver's side healight assembly out of whack, which apparently was never bolted back to the car, and the hood won't shut because the car is crooked now, which I never noticed before for some reason. I've had the car 6 months and have not hit anything, so it is obviously from the "minor" accident it was in. Now I have to hope Central Autohaus actually fixes the problem so I don't have to get an attorney's help More
