Sold a used car with fraudulent state inspection I was recently sold a 2017 Chevy malibu. A few days after purchase I brought the car back in for noise that was coming from underneath the car. I was told after three hours it was just a loose battery. When I left, the noise was still occurring frequently. I took the car into chevy and they proceeded to tell me the car had been in a bad accident. The noise i was hearing was coming from the damage sustained from whatever accident it had been in. The exhaust is leaking, the engine cradle is so bent that the car will never be able to have a proper alignment, among numerous other points of damage and work done on the car. I was well within the warranty during this time, but now they refuse to speak to me. All employees have given me the run around since. I was told parts were going to be ordered and never heard back from anyone. I was told many times I would receive a call and never did. When I try and speak with the owner I am told he is out of town. How can it be legal to run a business this way? More

Worst car buying experience ever!! My husband and I drove down from pa on July 3rd to check out a truck he saw online! We purchased the truck that day and took it home! The trucks tailgate was off and we were told it was being painted as we spoke, my husband asked if it could be shipped being that we were in pa! That was fine, no problem.. as of today we stil have not received the tailgate! I was assured that it was shipped out yesterday(July 28th)! Only after I was told two other days this same week that it was shipped out the day before! My husband took the truck to be inspected within a week of us having it home and it cost us $1200 due to the back brake drums and the front ball joints needing to be replaced! we have called the dealership repeatedly since we purchased the truck starting with trying to get somewhere with the registration to getting the tailgate for our truck to asking if we could get a little help with the $1200 bill for things that we feel should have been taken care of before it was even set out on the lot! As far as the invoice for the $1200 I was asked to fax it to Paul ( which I did the following morning) was told a day later(only after I called) that they never received it! I then texted directly to the salesman ( which I called 2 days later) to make sure he got it and was told Paul would be contacting me very soon! That was 2 days ago! I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and if my customers had to call repeatedly for the same issues over and over again there would be a lot of angry people and I probably wouldn't have a job! Even the most pleasant people can only take so much before they lose their cool and go off the deep end a little bit! In a nutshell this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced not to mention the customer service!! If this was the last car dealer on earth I would walk everywhere before I bought a vehicle from them again!! More

Worst dealership in the area They suckered my wife and I by claiming to offer military veterans saving. They should be arrested for false advertising. Also sold us a 2006 Ford F-150 pickup that claimed it had a clean car fax. The truck was a junker from a Canadian auction. Two days after purchasing it started giving trouble. They even gave us a hassle when we said something about it. Took the truck to a ford dealership only to discover it was in an accident. Six months later the transmission failed without warning after driving it for 1100 miles. Stay away from these dishonest clowns. More
