Surprised. Went very well. My son really wanted a car listed here. I was cosigner so it was really his decision. He did all the work. I figured the experience wouldn't go well (after reading some reviews) but our experience was great. A few issues with the car after it was home but they were minor. Not much to say I am writing this review because i do not know what to do.I bought a 2013 toyota camry at auto show case fallston on November 29.In December before 30 I am writing this review because i do not know what to do.I bought a 2013 toyota camry at auto show case fallston on November 29.In December before 30 day i took it back for them to look at the heat and the told nothing wrong with it.It kept on producing cold air .The more it gets cold the more it got worse.Yesterday December 24 1918 took it to Firestone.I was told that the heater box was cracked and it needs to be placed.They told its unusually for them to crack.They wanted $2,298.99 to fix it on top of $69 that i had already pay for them to look at the car.I decided to go get another estimate.Told almost the same amount.I was told by both of them that Auto showcase could not have missed that cracked heater box.The second place told me that the car looks like it was in a major accident He showed that the driver side was repainted.He advice me to take it to carmax they can look at they can tell me exactly where all the damages took place.I was only told the car had a minor accident at the back and the sales man showed me the minor damage at the back of the car.I am so confused and iam trying to think what i was not told about this car.The second mechanic thinks that the heater box might have cracked because of an impact that was caused by an accident.I have been asking myself how i was sold a car with that .BECAUSE I Have TWO MECHANICS WHO INFORMED THAT AUTO SHOW CASE COULD HAVE SEEN THAT CRACKED BOX BEFORE THEY SOLD ME THE CAR.I am suppose to enjoy my car but now i am worried about the car.l have a 2013 toyota camry which i bought less than 2 months i already have to come up with over $2.000 to fix the car it so disappointing.I have bought two used cars in two different cardealership i have never had a problems like this.The other two cars where even older.I dont have heat and i need heat or will just freeze . I came in to purchase a used 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche with ultra low miles that i found on cargurus.com as a surprise for my husband. I couldn't finish my sale the same night because i needed a certified check and my bank was closed for the evening. Sherry, my sales rep and Shawn, the manager both came in 30 minutes early just for me the following morning to finish my sale and get me out the door and on the road. I no longer lived in Maryland and was only there to handle an emergent family crisis and needed to get back home to my husband and children asap. Shawn knew exactly where my closest bank branch was and being unfamiliar with the area he drove me himself. They were both amazing people to work with. Not only were they both extremely knowledgeable but they were understanding, caring, and more considerate for my situation then any dealership personnel I've ever been in contact with either for myself or anyone else. They both sat down together and called me later that night to ensure not only that the truck was running great but also to make sure I was safe during my 700 mile ride home. I can't thank the two of them enough and definitely plan to come back and see them during my next trip to Maryland. Who knows maybe ill get another car from them because my truck runs great and i couldn't ask for a better vehicle even if it was brand new. If your looking for a great, reliable, and fully covered bumper to bumper (extended warranty good in any state) please go into Auto Showcase of Belair and ask for Sherry and Shawn. My vehicle was delivered without a full tank of gas nor was it cleaned, ,I'm still waiting for my full detail on the car. Purchased six cars from the last dealer I was dealing with looks like this is it for Auto showcase one and done. More

Sold a used car with fraudulent state inspection I was recently sold a 2017 Chevy malibu. A few days after purchase I brought the car back in for noise that was coming from underneath the car. I was told after three hours it was just a loose battery. When I left, the noise was still occurring frequently. I took the car into chevy and they proceeded to tell me the car had been in a bad accident. The noise i was hearing was coming from the damage sustained from whatever accident it had been in. The exhaust is leaking, the engine cradle is so bent that the car will never be able to have a proper alignment, among numerous other points of damage and work done on the car. I was well within the warranty during this time, but now they refuse to speak to me. All employees have given me the run around since. I was told parts were going to be ordered and never heard back from anyone. I was told many times I would receive a call and never did. When I try and speak with the owner I am told he is out of town. How can it be legal to run a business this way? More
