2nd purchase from them After my car was totaled I needed another vehicle ASAP auto showcase was only 12 miles down the road. Mr Bagwell was attentive and knowledgeable but After my car was totaled I needed another vehicle ASAP auto showcase was only 12 miles down the road. Mr Bagwell was attentive and knowledgeable but there are still issues I need follow up on originally I was told that The part I needed would BN on Wednesday which was two days later when I called on Thursday it was on back order. Car was not detailed completely on the inside found a lighter a cigarette and an old credit card under the seat. Otherwise my experience was very good. Do Not Buy From Here! This was my first experience with purchasing a car. It was not an ideal first experience, at all. The listed price of my car was around $10,000. Wh This was my first experience with purchasing a car. It was not an ideal first experience, at all. The listed price of my car was around $10,000. When signing papers and putting down my down payment of 3k, it brought it to around #13,000. Somehow the price went up to around $16,000! I was completely naive and unfortunately, was not smart enough to walk away. I have great credit and still got a high rate and the purchasing price was a lot. The $2000 fee everyone is talking about is TRUE. They included a warranty for me with the price that made the price higher, without asking if that is what I wanted. I allowed it after they already gave me my paperwork, instead of fighting it. Once all of that was done, I left my car there for the night so it could be detailed and ready to be picked up the next day. This did not happen! So, I picked up my car to find out nothing was done. They said the hose was frozen and the saleswoman said she did not know they did not detail the inside of my car. I thought that it would be common sense to make sure everything is taken car of for your customer, but clearly this was not done. I also had to find out they gave me bad windshield wipers, so I had to purchase my own. My tires were also low, and one of the wheel caps were misplaced, so I could not add air. I also was only given 5 pages of my paperwork instead of all of the papers I signed. Oh & they did not fill up my tank before selling it to me, so the saleswoman was nice enough to put $20 in my tank. However, this is something that should have been done and not realized as I got there! I called and complained, e-mailed, as did my father since he felt I was taken advantage of since I was a young woman who was buying her first car. The manager would not return any phone calls. The saleswoman kept apologizing and said she would make sure everything was done. She told me to come back to the dealership next week (which is obviously an inconvenience, since the dealership wasn't the closest). I came back and dropped off my car to have everything done and pick up paperwork. I was reimbursed half of the cost for my windshield wipers and they put $20 in my tank, again. The manager didn't seem apologetic at all. It wasn't a very professional setting and it was a pretty bad first experience. After all of that, I do love my car. I would have loved it more if I was paying less, like I should have been minus all of the fines. For my overall price, I could have gotten a newer car, but that is my mistake for not doing more research. Lesson learned! I HIGHLY advise no one to purchase from this dealership!!! Highly unprofessional and honestly pretty careless, which is unfortunate for a dealership with such a nice inventory. More
