A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE A VERY BAD SURPRISE THESE ARE FACTS AD NOT OPINIONS: October 17, 2018: I see a very nice Maserati Quattroporte on CarGuru.com, price $49,997.00; A VERY BAD SURPRISE THESE ARE FACTS AD NOT OPINIONS: October 17, 2018: I see a very nice Maserati Quattroporte on CarGuru.com, price $49,997.00; I walk into the showroom with the CarGuru ad loaded on my iPhone, the car is in the middle of the showroom and is spectacular, they volunteer the price at $54,997.00. I show the ad and the saleswoman, Cherry, acts surprised then upon seeing the ad we agree that the $49,997.00 is the correct price (Kelly Blue Book lists at $42,000-$48,000 with average of $46,000). They look at my 2013 Mercedes S550 and offer $25,000, which is KBB price. I tell Cherry that I need at least $30,000 for my car and she agrees immediately, which made me suspicious but happy. NOW, HERE COME THE FEES. 1. Maryland State Inspection = $1670.00 (Average cost $80) 2. Dealer Preparation Fee = $675 ( Average in MD $300) Cherry and I finally agreed to $20,000 + my trade, remove the bogus $1,670 for the StateInspection, which is usually paid for by the dealer. 3. We agree to meet on October 19, 2018 at 4pm to finalize the deal and take delivery of the Maserati. On October 18,2018 Cherry call me at work 3 times to make sure I am still coming and confirms that the deal we made is the same; I call my insurance and get the Maserati added to my policy. I ask Cherry to get the car out of the showroom for a test drive prior to signing any documents. At 4:30 pm Cherry shows me the sales contract, which comes with a few surprises: 1. Sale Price went up to $53,997 = $4,000 higher than the CarGuru ad 2. Trade Value went down to $23,500 = $6,500 lower than 2 days before. I remind Cherry of our deal and she looks at the paperwork from two days ago and says that nothing has changed (except they want $10,500 more than what we agreed upon). I still have not test driven the car yet, and I am told that I will not be able to until I agree to the new price in writing. Ultimately I leave without Maserati and with a Burning desire in my heart. IN SUMMARY: They lied from the moment I got in to the moment I left (without a car) The Next morning I go the Criswell Maserati and buy a brand new Quattoporte GTS, my trade was valued at $30,000.00. Make sure you inspect every inch of the vehicle I found Glen Burnie location on line and feel in love with a Black IS 250. When i got to dealership car wasnt at location had to wait 2 hours and when I found Glen Burnie location on line and feel in love with a Black IS 250. When i got to dealership car wasnt at location had to wait 2 hours and when car got there gear cover was broken, gear handle was missing(which they claimed was at their other location and would ship to me). The screen wasnt working and a couple other things need to be fixed and i didnt find out i had to go way past Baltimore to get repairs until i called to schedule repairs. It was horrible and my GPS still doesnt work after the gave me a new screen. Never again will i buy a car from a dealership that doesnt have an onsite repair shop. And the handle they put in my car is an universal one that doesnt fit. Worst experience EVER be care and make them put everything in writing before you pull off lot. SMDHD More

I was told to take it to the bel air location for repair. They replaced the a/c compressor after a hassle to do so. Weeks later it went out again only to go through the same headache. This time it was the a/c condenser which the air worked for a couple days after the 2nd repair. No one told me about a warranty purchase. Now once again the air has gone out. They dont even care about the customer needs & act like it's a bother to receive assistance from them. Then they were petty enough to hold my tags because I did not pay the remaining down payment arrangement. Reason being why i didn't pay is why should I pay a remaining payment of a vehicle that doesn't work properly. Lastly the car has began to jerk when driving which sounds like another problem to come. On top of not having any a/c in the car it's safe to say by other customers reviews. That this is a terrible place to do business & they are selling lemons to customers with no care. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, TRUST ME!!!!!! More

So i ask where the vehicle at and he said at the Belair location so he gave me the address. When i pulled in the driveway to the Belair location Eric was outside smoking and ask me how could he help me. I told him what happened at the other location and he told you won't have that problem here.
