I knew the vehicle that I wanted to see before arriving to save some time. I arrived at the dealership and of course no one remembered speaking to me, which wasn't such a bad thing. I finally spoke with a salesperson that was busy with another couple at the time. The salesperson gave me the keys to vehicle of my interest and left me alone. After an hour, I returned the key since no one came to assist. In brief, I explained my credit position. The salesperson gave me a business card and walked away. I sent a message to the salesperson the next day noting that I would be faxing my information. I never received a return call, so I followed up. I left a voice message. Two hours later, I received a text message informing that my information had been received. I never received a following phone call or message since that day with an approval or denial. Although I have called a few times and sent messages, I've not received a return call to date. More

I went into this dealership to look for a specific truck I seen that they had online. But I left with another one...
