This has been the WORST experience I have had with purchasing a car and with a vehicle. First off we just got the truck 11/2012 and have had significant problems form the day we drove off the lot. The salesperson, Dan, was clueless as heck and every question asked of him, he had to ask someone else for the answer, which should have been our first red flag! Then after we got through all of that we had to meet with, Shawn, who I had to ask at least 6 times for the carfax, first he forgot to grab it off the printer and someone threw it away, then someone was on the computer he needed to use, then the printer was out of paper, etc. all the while he's trying to get us to sign the loan papers, so I refused until he gave me the carfax, finally we got the carfax and it was about 3 pages long!! Should have been our 2nd red flag, then he tried to fast talk us through the carfax, saying the accidents on the carfax were minor, fender benders. I told him to chill out, while I contact a few people that knows about cars and could not get anyone. Then once we took possession of the car, we noticed the oil hadn't been changed and the front left tire was low on air and there was no Navigation DVD in the truck. So they supposedly changed the oil, order some sensors for the tires, which they claim were at its right PSI and searched other vehicles for Navigation DVD's, none of them worked, then they said they would order it by giving us some type of Auto showcase IOU forms. The DVD was to come to us in the mail within 7-10 days, well we got it after Christmas and we had to go pick it up! OK, so we leave the dealership on Friday evening, go to the gas station down the street then Best Buy a little further down the street. Get back in the car after Best Buy only to not be able to pop the emergency brake out of place. It took over an hour to get it to release. Called the next day about the issue and was told that service is closed on Saturdays but we could bring the car up and drop it off til Monday. WHAT? Saturday evening, back to Best Buy to return something, come back out truck started, put the truck in reverse to pull out of the parking space and it stalls and makes a loud noise. get it in drive and manage to get into another parking spot when the car cuts off and will not start back up. 24 hours later!!! Called the dealership Sunday to explain the situation, again told that service is closed on the weekends and we can have it towed to them for Monday. No compassion, no sympathy, just oh well, what do you want us to do type of attitude. We found in MD that there is no 3 day change my mind clause. We get the car towed to them and they fix whatever the problem was and supposedly change the sensors on the tires. Well Tuesday, left tire low warning comes on, make an appointment at Cadillac to have the car look over by the actual company. Was told that the oil was not changed and the sensor were not changed and the tire had a slow leak. New tire $200. After all of the at, about 2 weeks go by and we are on the beltway and we hear this whistle sound, after inspecting, it was coming from the front passenger window, WHAT??? Are you serious. Called Auto showcase, to no avail because they didnt know what that could have been, not to mention, we just had a baby and have 2 older children (which is why we needed the bigger car) so we didnt have time or money to wast on them "trying" to figure out what is wrong. That Navigation doesn't even work! The lift gate stopped going up in May 2013 and one day we I rode in the back with the baby the ride was so harsh and bumpy, felt like the car was going to come apart, well to out surprise we learned at Cadillac that the rear shock sensors were disconnected, they reconnected them only to find out that the did not work and was told that this disconnection was deliberate, it is not something that will just happen. The lift gate needs new struts, 7 months of owning the vehicle. Our tire problem is being cause by a rim that is corroding, which had to have been going on for over a year(Cadillac mechanic) again we had the truck 7 months. When we call Auto showcase, they are like well you can bring it in but its not under warranty anymore. I know you run risks when purchasing an used car, but they knew this car was a lemon when they sold it to us. And the Customer Service is no help at all! Please spend your hard earn money somewhere that will appreciate it and not take you for a ride! More
My spouse and I went this dealership to purchase a vehicle that we saw on the internet. We had an approval for a loan with, unfortunately, a very high rate. We felt that we needed to get a reliable car and then pay our loan off quickly. We were told that our rate could be improved while still only taking our small down payment. I was skeptical the entire time. This paperwork was done while we did our test drive. We returned from the test drive and our rate was way lower than what we came in with. We were happy. Also, the car we came in for had been sold. The one we were shown and test drove had very low mileage and was a newer year model. We were still given a good price for this car. I researched the value for our car and I think they actually did better than the KB value. In no time we were on our way with a nice car and a better loan than we came in with. That wasn't all. We were called to come sign a new contract because an even better loan was found. The final loan we got shaved $100 off our payment! The entire time I felt that it was all too good to be true. Our final paper work lowered our loan amount and everything. Raella and Sean really took care of us. I will come back to this dealership. I will be telling anyone in the market for a car to give them a try. More

I don't know much about cars so I spent a lot of time going to dealerships to shop around and make sure I got the best cost/quality combination. When I walked in this was like every other dealership u going to dealerships to shop around and make sure I got the best cost/quality combination. When I walked in this was like every other dealership until I meet Eric. He's a no-pressure car dealer with a sense of humor. He did a great job showing me new and used cars and the cost benefit of each option. I got more bank for my buck by getting a nice used car (SL-500 Benz) w/ low miles vs. a new economy car. Sales process was a breeze but dealing with them afterwards was a nightmare. At the day of sale I took the truck to a shop where I had it looked over and re-inspected, and the truck failed for numer afterwards was a nightmare. The truck was throwing numerous check engine lights due to the fact that there was no air filter in the truck at all. Also, the center console lid was completely broken off and had other trim panels from around the truck laying in the back seat at purchase. The truck was missing all front speakers, and apparently does not come with a wheel lock key to remove the after market lug nuts that came on the truck. Numerous bulbs and lights around the truck were out and had to make all repairs on the truck myself due to the fact that the dealer would not cover or fix anything under their warranty. Car fax report said the truck is clean but the dealer never advised me the fact that the entire truck was repainted and drip marks are visible around the entire truck, and the tailgate of the truck is still red in many spots from an old color and had numerous dings and dents in it. Nice quality truck for $35,000 right? I traded in a titan and said numerous times I needed the aftermarket wheel spacers back that were on it, and they sold the truck 2 days later with the spacers still on it (yet again an illegal inspection item). Needless to say I will never be returning to auto showcase for any reason the vehicles they sell are a rip off. More
