WORLD'S WORST DEALERSHIP The worst car buying experience ever! They get one star because I like my car and got a good interest rate. Lies, lies, lies!! Zero customer service. I called everyday for two weeks to speak to the service manager or a sales manager and never received a call back. Asked for a fax number, told me they didn't have a fax. Found a fax number online...always busy. Tried to email, no response. No one ever addressed the concerns I had about my car after I bought it. Two items should not have passed inspection. Three items were very borderline. I think they are doing their own inspections so they can do the bare minimum to get a car on the road. Or they are paying off the inspector! They promised to get me a second key, that I would pay for, at their dealer price. No one called me back. Said they would order the tags I wanted, got the wrong ones. Not only did I get the wrong tags, I got them after my temporary tags expired. Took the car to Valley Motors, it needed $3000 worth of work. The most inefficient, sneaky, slimy bunch of stereotypical used car dealers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BELAIR AUTO SHOWCASE!!!! More

THESE GUYS LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING . AFTER I PICKE MY CAR UP THEY GAVE ME NO SERVICE RECORD OF WHAT WAS PERFORMED . SO IAM NOT EVEN SURE IF THEY DID ANYTHING BUT TURN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OUT .AND GAVE IT BACK . THEN NOT EVEN AND HOUR LATER THE LIGHT CAME RIGHT BACK ON . TOOK IT BACK IN ON A MONDAY THEY HAVE MY CAR NOW AS I TYPE THIS . WENT TO CHECK ON IT WENSDAY AND ITS JUST SITTING IN THERE LOT AND BRIAN THE SERVICE MANAGER TELLS ME OH ITS YOUR WATER PUMP WERE JUST WAITING TO SEE IF YOUR WARRANTY COVERS IT BEFORE WE DO ANYTHING ITS NOW MONDAY AGAIN HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING .
