Worst vehicle experience I ever had After talking with the manager over the phone my trade started at 35k before I left my house, drove 3 hours to get there now it went down to 32k after After talking with the manager over the phone my trade started at 35k before I left my house, drove 3 hours to get there now it went down to 32k after I'm there and manager is saying he never gave me a number of 35k over the phone if that's not bad enough the vehicle I'm buying is online for 34,999. They jumped that vehicle to 38,999 after your there and ready to make a deal. I would highly suggest anyone not to waste there time or money at this ripoff dealership. They sound super nice on the phone until you get there to make a deal and its lie after lie. I have bought over 12 vehicles from different dealers and this was by far the worst experience I ever had. More

Just bought a 750li and had to force them a repurchase the car and after two weeks of using my gas to get back and forth for a lemon they sold me on my dollar. This service center is a joke. Junk yard service is better. What dealer sells high end car and will only put 20.00 in the tank with a tank on empty...what dealership uses the customer road side assistance to tow in a piece of junk they sold within a week. What dealer allow a customer to risk their life with telling them the tires were low and caused the tps to come on. Later finding out by a tire dealer on my own dollar that all the tps were fine and work but both rims were bent causing air to leak and the dealer tells you to drive it anyway and stop along the way to put air in it but just get here. Also driving the car with the transmission fail safe mode and the check engine light being on. Don't buy this car....they said they will put it back on the lot and have it sold this week. Beware!!!! These people are a JOKE. I put 3k down and was told I would get out the car with no cash or roll over of negative equity and they still stuck me with a 4500k roll over. It's good tho..what goes around comes around and if you know what I know you will find another dealer!!! All I have to say is make Sure you dig deep in the reviews and read carefully. Check the business bureau, case search, attorney general office for complaint. Make sure you exhaust all research resources before buying. I could go on and on with more detail of my problems with the car and the dealership but it will take days to give you all the xxxx I was put through!!! Just don't buy unless you like being screwed. This business is shady!!! Internet can tell u what U need to know and they won't give the owners names but trust me there is enough out there to read that hopefully you will RUN Misty Stoner More

I was a very difficult, almost impossible person to get financed due to medical bills. They not only got me a wonderful deal, they treated me with respect, there was no judgment no mistrust and I never felt intimidated. They have made a customer for life. Poor customer service, Unprofessional, broken promises Scheduled a 5:00 pm appointment on 7/1/2015 with Sabrina at the Autoshowcase of Belair location to test drive, examine and purchase a 2010 Chrysler 30 Scheduled a 5:00 pm appointment on 7/1/2015 with Sabrina at the Autoshowcase of Belair location to test drive, examine and purchase a 2010 Chrysler 300 Touring vehicle. Advised Sabrina of the VIN, description & $15,000 purchase price listed on Autotrader, Carfax and Cargurus website. She confirmed the vehicle was readily available to purchase. Advised Sabrina of our $15,000 cashier check, no in house finance required and urgent time schedule. Drove 1 hour to Belair and arrived at 5:00pm. Greeted by a strange gentleman who appeared to be lost in space. I advised the gentleman of our appointment with Sabrina. He walked us inside& mistakenly introduced us to 3 different sales representative. 20 minutes later, Sabrina attempts to show us 3 different Chrysler 300 vehicles that did not fit our needs, VIN or description described over the phone. We walked the entire lot for 30 minutes until Sabrina finally realized the vehicle of our choice was located at another showcase dealership. Such an inconvenience having to follow her 5-10 miles& 20 minutes to the other dealership. The vehicle of our choice was not readily available, dirty and gas tank on empty. I test drove the vehicle anyway, while my spouse followed us back to the proper dealership to discuss the particulars of the purchase price, damages to the vehicle and warranty. Unfortunately, the passanger door was not securely fit and falling off the hinges, back seat vent was cracked, minor scratches along the vehicle and the back seat passanger door would not roll up or down. Shockingly, the purchase price also increased from $15,000 to $18,000. Provided sales with the data and worksheet from Autrader, Cargurus and Carfax. After 1 hour of negotiations, we settled at $15,500. While waiting for the paper work, we were overwhelmed and disgusted by a sales rep discussion of alcoholic beverages, "turn up" vacation, foul language and understaffing. The paperwork was finally finalized, signed by both parties, valet key provided and temporary tags assigned. Sabrina advised us to return the vehicle after the 7/4 holiday to get serviced and detailed. Contacted the dealership on 7/7/2015 to return the vehicle for services and advised to wait until Sabrina returns from vacation. My car was finally serviced on 7/11. Advised Sabrina the importance of a master key due to my ride sharing business and she promised master key would be provided at no additional cost. Also stated the permanent tags will arrive within 30 days of the 7/1/2015 purchase date. Contacted Sabrina and autoshowcase countless times between 7/12-7/30/2015 regarding the master key with no luck. Spoke to the Manager Mike on 8/1 and 8/3 to express my concerns, unpleasant experience, master key and permanent tag inquiry. Apparently, Mike is not properly trainned in customer service because he was very unprofessional and rude. After 20 minutes of fustration, Mike finally agreed to look into the challenges and follow up within 1 hour. Based on his tone and conversation, I was not surpised when he never followed up. My Spouse called on 8/4 & Mike spoke to him in an unprofessional and discriminating manner which resulted in Mike hanging up. Unfortunately, I have not received a courtesy call from the managers, leadership or administrator from Autoshowcase of Belair. Called again on 8/10, 8/12& 8/14 with no luck or assistance. Contacted MVA on 8/14& the customer service rep advised me of the delay with the submission of autoshowcase paperwork. Because of autoshowcase delay with sumbitting the paperwork, this caused MVA paperwork to also be delayed. Since MVA is delayed, Navy Federal has not received the title information to close out the loan. If the loan is not closed out within a timely manner, my 2.99% rate may increase to 5.99%. Called again on 8/17/2015 to demand to speak to a manager that is willing to assist in a professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately, a manager was not available and I was transferred to Hillary who deals with registration and tags. Hillary fabricated about the registration and tags by advising they will arrive this week. I advised Hillary of the 8/30 expiration date and delays confirmed by MVA. Needless to say, the master key was not ordered, title was not provided to Navy federal, managers never followed up and I am still waiting for my permanent tags. This was a very unpleasant and Unprofessional car buying experience! More
