When I wrote 5 follow-up emails in regards to what was going on with the vehicle, I never received any updates... The vehicle had a known recall on it and they were supposed to bring it to get fixed and the vehicle was going to have a full inspection prior to for some peace of mind. Given the fact they never reached back out to me, I assumed they didn't go through with anything and more so just waited until I asked for my money back. If I were selling something to somebody, I would keep them updated. It's called good customer service... More
