OUT-OF-TOWN BUYER BEWARE Purchased a 2004 Infiniti I35 from these people and had it shipped to Texas.. Experience was horrible. Carfax was clean and pictures looked OK. Inf Purchased a 2004 Infiniti I35 from these people and had it shipped to Texas.. Experience was horrible. Carfax was clean and pictures looked OK. Information about payment wasn't correct and ended up costing me an extra $400 to ship. When car arrived it was absolutely horrible. Right rear door and quarter panel had body work done to them and were repainted. They must have only paid a few hundred dollars for the job as the work was absolutely horrible. Car had never been waxed in it's entire life and had dents, scratches and stains in the paint well over 30 or 40 places. The interior was disgusting and they never attempted to even clean it a little. The leather was close to not being able to bring it back to life. One key and no key FOB. No floor mats. Front end issues and A/C did not blow cold. When I first tried to get pictures when it was first advertised they said it was being serviced. Oil was dirty and low, it was not serviced. I'm assuming the "service" was the body shop work that was being done. Took a month after purchase of car to finally get title. Alex was nice enough and communicated well but the owner of the place cannot be trusted. There are only a couple of employees and no one seems to communicate with each other. A lot of these smaller independent lots are buying cars from auctions or big dealers that are wrecked with a clean Carfax and fixing them themselves and the work never gets reported to anyone. I looked at quite a few cars in the Dallas area and came across the same thing. Seems to be a trend nationwide. Do not buy a car from these people unless you look at it and drive it first. And remember, a clean Carfax does not mean that much any more. I ended up trading this car off on a 2012 G37 with a clean Carfax and it too had some paint work done to it on both right side doors. I do not think it is good business practice to sell a vehicle with safety issues. Also, only given one ignition key and not told that the car had locking lug nuts and given no key for them. I realize older cars have issues with worn parts, but safety is another important. I cannot recommend this dealer. More
