Made an appointment to look at a CPO Honda civic, I spoke with Lyndsey McIntyre over text and talked on the phone with Julien Harris. I was very adamant that they would confirm the vehicle is still available with Lyndsey McIntyre over text and talked on the phone with Julien Harris. I was very adamant that they would confirm the vehicle is still available, as I had an hour drive to the dealership. They both confirmed that the vehicle was still available and I made an appointment that same day to see the car. I arrived at the dealership roughly two hours after both employees confirmed that the car was still available. The car was in fact not available and had already been sold and off the lot earlier in the week, not even the same day these employees confirmed it's availability for me to come look at it. Paige was great and I enjoyed working with her. I don't think my issue was with her, she seemed to understand everything I was asking and we were on the same page! My lease on my Civic is expiring soon so wanted to get a new one...but needed to get it leased under my son (since he's now an adult and the old Civic is his basically). So I easily stated I wanted to have AutoPark Honda buy my Civic and then sell my son one. Paige went to Malik Moss and came back saying that this could be done! So I arrived around 11:30 and started this process. Even though I already had an appraisal Malik had to look over the Civic again, no problems there...purchase price was still good. So over the next few hours Malik would come out and ask a question...do you want your check mailed to your home or dealership...stuff like that and to let me know that we are next for financing. So then after 2 plus hours waiting Malik and this other guy...Maybe Andrew (not sure, never introduced himself) but a smug, arrogant xxxxx...asked for my registration, told him I texted it to Paige and Paige gave it to Malik...he said no a registration in my name not Honda Lease. I said " what are you talking about, the Civic is leased through honda...I've said that a dozen times. I'm wanting to stop my lease for my son's car so he can get a new one ( I leased him a car when he was 17, when he was in school and had no job...now he's almost 21 and can get his own. I explained this to the smug guy and he treated me like I was an idiot..."We can't buy your car, it's a lease" I then yelled and said what the xxxx have they been doing for the last 2 hours and why didn't they tell me this when I called the day before asking this question. The xxxxxxx and Malik then acted like I was being irrational so I said get my god xxxx keys and left. I wasted an hour drive, 2 hours at the dealership and was treated like xxxx...I asked Paige....I have a xxxxing Honda lease can Autopark Honda buy it so my son can buy his own...she then asked Malik the same xxxxing question...and I guess Malik doesn't know what the xxxx Autopark Honda can do or not until the smug xxxxxxx told him. HOW THE xxxx DOES THIS HAPPEN. It's a vey easy question...it's a Yes or No...Yes, great...if no, ok I will figure something else out! Thanks for wasting my god xxxx time Malik, you suck and need to learn what the company you work for can do or not! More
