Found & repaired cause of violent shaking We are fulltime RVers and tow a 16,000 pound 5th wheel trailer. While traveling east on I-80 just south of Chicago we experienced a violent front-end We are fulltime RVers and tow a 16,000 pound 5th wheel trailer. While traveling east on I-80 just south of Chicago we experienced a violent front-end shaking on our truck. It's a 2017 F-350. We went into a Ford dealer in Elkhart, Indiana. They told us everything was fine. Not to worry. Likely an anomaly. Next day, same thing. Hit some pavement breaks and the truck shook again. Went to Auto Park Ford in Sturgis, Michigan. They found the problem; a bad track bar ball joint and steering shock. Since we were just traveling through, and the problem was a safety issue, they got us right in and fixed it. We are very, very grateful and appreciative to them for the great work! More

Professional, timely and thorough Went in for a field service action and when first entering I was greeted with a smile by Kristol all my paperwork was ready and I was also surprised t Went in for a field service action and when first entering I was greeted with a smile by Kristol all my paperwork was ready and I was also surprised that at that same time they were able to fix the recall on my Escape. During my wait i was well taken care of by Andrew Eger and Rick Kobold. All issues were addressed and other items were checked over belts, tires and filters. Excellent job Auto Park. More

Recall notice I work for an out-of-state contractor. I was working in southern Michigan when my company emailed me and told me that my Company vehicle had a reca I work for an out-of-state contractor. Break down on start of our vacation We broke down pulling our boat and 1 hour away from vacation spot. I found Auto Park Ford beling closest to my break down and called ahead Kristol wa We broke down pulling our boat and 1 hour away from vacation spot. I found Auto Park Ford beling closest to my break down and called ahead Kristol was very friendly and said they would try to get me in when we were towed there. We arrived around 415 and Kristol and service manager Rick Kobold was ready and took great care of us as we got there. The gave us a cold water and nice yound mechanic looked at it with in a few minutes. They had to order a new fuel pump and had our truck done first thing the next morning. Made us feel like we back home at the dealership I work at. in Ohio. Thanks for taking great care of us and welcoming us like family. The Stewart's from Wooster Ohio. More
