My opinion of service Erica in service department whom I didn't know till we purchased our vehicles. Goes way beyond the call of her duties !!! She is very attentive to the Erica in service department whom I didn't know till we purchased our vehicles. Goes way beyond the call of her duties !!! We were driving home a BMW Z4 from California On our trip home from California to Ohio our BMW had something cut the transmission coolant line and bent a pully bolt which caused the serpentine bel On our trip home from California to Ohio our BMW had something cut the transmission coolant line and bent a pully bolt which caused the serpentine belt to come off. We got off the exit near by and decided on a whim to turn left. Right away we saw a Ford dealer and pulled in. The gentleman in charge of the repair shop knew we needed to get home to Ohio and be back to work the next day. He couldn't get BMW parts on such short notice but used his tools and improvised to get the car back together and get us safely home. I can't thank them enough. I am very tempted to buy my next vehicle here after the amazing experience we had. Everyone was so kind and helpful offering us snacks and things to drink. I just can't say enough about the entire staff! Well done and Thank You again! More
