Fast service Door was frozen and would not shut on my truck. Dropped off at auto park and the girls at service got me a loaner truck and my truck was Fixed that d Door was frozen and would not shut on my truck. The Service Dept was helpful and the work was done quickly. Door mechanism recall Truck door had intermittent failure to latch shut. I was given a very nice Escape loaner during the fix. Fix was completed same day. Great people! Quick and Easy Had oil changed and heater issues resolved. Vehicle was not heating correctly. Life savers We needed urgent service due to a strong oil smell in our car's cabin. Auto Park got us in within a day's notice, and when we explained we were going We needed urgent service due to a strong oil smell in our car's cabin. Auto Park got us in within a day's notice, and when we explained we were going out of town for the holidays they offered us a loaner so we didn't have to breathe in that burnt oil, especially our three year old, and they could fix it while we were gone. When we said we were planning to be gone 9 days, they said no big deal. Wow! Unbelievable! They saved our vacation, actually making it better space-wise with an SUV vs our Focus, and eased a TON of worry. When we returned they were super friendly, caring, and helpful. We'll be back and after this service will make it our first stop to purchase a new vehicle. We highly recommend them!!! I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name that assisted us, everyone we dealt with was positive and happy. More
