No paperwork I had no problem with the work done on my truck it was done in a timely manner. However, I don’t know what exactly was done to it because I never rece I had no problem with the work done on my truck it was done in a timely manner. They told me that it would be sent to my home address and a copy would be emailed to me, this was Thursday 01/24/2019. On Friday 01/25/2019 I called and spoke with another service advisor and she told me she would email it to me that day. On Monday 01/28/2019, I called again and to a service advisor and she told me the service order hadn’t been completed as of that day. 01/30/2018 I have yet to receive a work order I don’t know who completes the paperwork but it should have been done before I left the dealership More
