It wasn’t until I had to call sales an talk to them to get them to do their job correctly. Also they are very rude on the phone an never called with updates. They had my suv for two weeks an said they didn’t have a loaner for me the entire time. Very inconvenient for the customers. More

Great Emergency Service Our 2016 F250 broke down while on a out of town trip towing our RV. We had our truck towed to Auto Park Ford for service. We explained our predicamen Our 2016 F250 broke down while on a out of town trip towing our RV. We had our truck towed to Auto Park Ford for service. We explained our predicament to Jaime Terry and Gwen McCalister and they promised to do what they could, even though their service department was already backed up. They provided us with a loaner vehicle and sent us on our way. Miraculously, Jaimie called the first thing next morning. The problem was solved and the truck was ready for pickup...all under warranty. Thanks for the great job! Our vacation continued virtually without interruption! More

Great service I drive 40 minutes for service here. They are very helpful and courteous.
