However, after attempts to discuss with you it sounds like unfortunately we have to respond here and cannot open a discussion or come to an agreement about the work that was performed and the issues that were found. We completed only work and at a cost authorized by you and in which needed to be done to fix your clogged drain tubes that were leaking in to your filter and inside your vehicle. You are more than welcome to contact me to speak further about this. My phone number and address is in your database. I have no reason to distort the truth. Why would I have dismissive for the throttle body done at Seelye Ford in Kalamazoo and then authorize it to be fine again days later at your location? I specifically instructed your staff to not redo the diagnosis for the throttle body, but they did. They specifically told me that they would not test the throttle body but could test for the blower motor, which is one test. In the event that this test did not resolve the check engine light, they would have to fo a second diagnostic test. They called me and said that the one test covered the check engine light so a second diagnostic test could not be needed. Then I show up to find they did the second test for the throttle body and since my warranty didn't cover the throttle body, I had to pay for it. I knew the throttle body test wouldn't be covered because I just paid Seelye Ford in Kalamazoo over $100 for that test. That's why I instructed you to not perform the test... but you did and I had to pay over $100 to you.. FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY HAD DONE AND PAID FOR! I don't understand why you're not understanding me. Let me also say, that while you was working on the blower motor and ended up flooding the interior of my car, I had to pay for another repair. If your mechanics would've used visual inspection and found that the filter was clogged, not only would my car not have been flooded, they would've found that the clogged filter was causing rain water to run into the engine, which is why the throttle body and the blower motor shorted out. And let me say, since the windshield filter was changed, the throttle body problem has corrected itself. Maybe you're mechanics should do visual inspection before going up a machine?
