Awesome Service Department! I was out of town camping with my family and my truck blew a power steering hose. I was able to limp my truck into Auto Park Ford. They did not have a new power steering hose in stock but was able to have one in the morning (this was 3:00pm already). So I left my truck there not knowing how long it would take to be fixed....I needed it back within a couple days to return home from my trip. The next day came and right about 24 hours from when I dropped it off I got a call that my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up! I was shocked! My hometown dealer would not have been able to get me that quick of a turnaround. I arrived at the dealer and was taking a look at the repair and noticed that the mechanic had went the "extra mile" to help prevent the power steering hose failure in the future. He even came out and talked to me about the repair which I thought was very nice. All in all I am completely satisfied with Auto Park Ford's service department and would recommend them to anyone else needing a repair. Thanks again! More

The dealership calls and confirms on the following Monday. When I showed up, no record or any inkling of a appointment. But, at least the young lady at the desk, Gwen helped me anyways, and made sure everything got taken care of. If it wasn't for her I would have rated the experience as a 1. While I was there found a nice rush truck I was interested in, but stayed till 915 and couldn't get anybody to give me a price on it, due to all sales were busy in a meeting. Apparently they are not interested in selling vehicles there. Nor noting appointments that they confirmed. If they wonderful ladies in the service department were not so helpful and respectful, I would say the place is a complete failure. More

We are a Ford family going back to the early 1900’s when my grandfather started at the Rouge plant and where I have a brother celebrating his 43rd year there.
