Poor customer service! They were able to get me in quickly to have my car looked at for diagnosis but after that I had zero communication! I had to call to see if it had be They were able to get me in quickly to have my car looked at for diagnosis but after that I had zero communication! I had to call to see if it had been diagnosed, what the problem was, and the status of the vehicle. Candie was extremely helpful and very friendly!(she helped get my car in and looked at) Jamie was extremely rude! Every time I called, mind you I only called twice and my car was there for 7 days, she acted like I was a huge bother and at one point speaks to me like I’m an idiot. I was put on hold for her and when she answers she says (without a hello or thanks for waiting) “I’ve already told you this once but if you need to hear it again, it won’t be covered” I was shocked!!! I’ve never had anyone in customer service speak to me like that and because of her I won’t be back! More

Washed & Watered Dropped-off F-150 the night before, had ready 3 hours ahead of scheduled appointment. Great Service Department We are full-time RVers and needed to have the power steering / brake hydro-boost system repaired on our 2013 F350 tow vehicle.
