Well I bought a brand new 2017 vehicle from this dealership and within 2 years I had to take it back for issues with the engine. Not once but twice because they didn’t fix it right the first time. A dealership and within 2 years I had to take it back for issues with the engine. Not once but twice because they didn’t fix it right the first time. And after they had it the second time the radio won’t work correctly. And they want me to pay to fix it. Very unhappy with this dealership and with ford. More

Very clean. People are very kind and respectful . The waiting room was nice with the tv, free coffee, and free donuts/muffins. I was told the recall service was to take 60 minutes. At around 40 minutes the service consultant came out and explained what other work could be done. I declined and had to wait almost another hour before around 40 minutes the service consultant came out and explained what other work could be done. I declined and had to wait almost another hour before I was told my truck was ready. Not happy that so much time was spent in an effort to up sell me services and parts. Sure the facilities are nice but I really hate the layer of people between the customer and the tech actually doing the work. I know this is the way most dealers are heading but I don’t like it. More

Stopped in one afternoon and scheduled my oil change with Jamie. Dropped off the truck about 15 minutes before my appointment time, and got a call within an hour that it was ready to be picked up.
