Auto Park Ford - Service Center

Unhappy customer I have been unhappy with Auto Park Ford since I purchased my Ford Escape from them. I had previously leased a Ford Ecosport from this dealer. I hate I have been unhappy with Auto Park Ford since I purchased my Ford Escape from them. I had previously leased a Ford Ecosport from this dealer. I hated this car, However, I thought I was stuck with it so I had a car starter ($521.23) put on it thinking I was probably going to purchase it after the lease was finished, I kept it for 3 months. I couldn't stand it. Therefore, I turned it back in for the Ford I currently have. In the negotiations if Andy factored in the car starter, that never worked. He said no that x amount was all they were going to give me. I went back a few days later and talked to the manager about the $500 for the car starter that never worked. He sent me to Andy. Andy told me to money for the car starter was in the cost they gave me for the car. This was a bald face lie! I could go on, however I'm done. More

Bought my truck from another dealer who agreed to have a repair made as a condition of sale at a Ford dealer of my choice. I chose to take the truck to Auto Park Ford and they not only fixed my vehicle but repair made as a condition of sale at a Ford dealer of my choice. I chose to take the truck to Auto Park Ford and they not only fixed my vehicle but also worked together with the other dealer on my behalf, and provided me with transportation during the repair. I would definitely do business with Auto Park Ford again. More

Ford recall service I made an appointment with Auto Park Sturgis after I received a recall from Ford Motor company. This was my first experience with Auto Park.
