Recently traveled a decent distance to buy a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Price was pretty fair overall. My direct sales rep was Seager and he did a really nice job. The sad thing was, this dealership par Fusion Hybrid. Price was pretty fair overall. My direct sales rep was Seager and he did a really nice job. The sad thing was, this dealership participates in a well known scam of attaching "Pulse" pulsating break lights on the sale of each car. So we agreed upon a price, made the trip up there, and then they hit us with a surprise $400 for a Pulsating break light we did not want. We asked to speak to sales manager Robert Brooks but he let us know since we're paying in cash, he couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to kindly remove it and they refused. I offered to pay their shop fee to have it removed and they refused after initially quoting $400. Continually threw ownership under the bus saying they can not budge on that at all at ownerships specific direction. I appreciate his honestly, even though the customer service was really poor. We also paid via wire transfer (that took about 30 minutes) and were told if it didn't go through, we needed to drive back another day to finish up. I asked to speak to a different sales manager (Josh) and he said he would be happy to deliver the vehicle the next day after the transfer went through. Luckily it was just a half hour and I drove the car home. Ultimately, it was not a great overall experience despite some of the folks we worked with being really great, like Seagar and Josh. More
