I called in because my satellite radio antenna was literally hanging by a wire on my roof. I was told they couldn’t get me in for over a week to fix it because they were booked because their “techs we literally hanging by a wire on my roof. I was told they couldn’t get me in for over a week to fix it because they were booked because their “techs were in training”. Meanwhile I (your customer) was put on the back burner waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, hoping my antenna wouldn’t just fly off. $429 & over a week later it’s finally fixed. More
