We were able to negotiate terms, get loan approval, work out meeting details, and verify the car components and features over the phone, text messages and internet forms. All of this while I was traveling for work. So instead of flying home after a business trip, I flew to Kalamazoo. Auto Park arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport and drive me their facility. Knowing that I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me, the team made sure that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, including test drive. The test drive was no problem because the car was EXACTLY as described. Zero surprises. Jackie allowed me to evaluate the car on my own, and then was there to answer any questions I had. Great balance of interaction. This transaction was the smoothest car buying deal I have had in 20 years. Oh, and the price was the best price for the make and model year I could find anywhere. They're GREAT! I had my vehicle serviced here and it was spectacular. I'm glad they were thorough in the inspection so I didn't end up with a flat on the side of the road! The girl in sales complemented me on my jeep and also suggested getting it surface cared to protect the interior and exterior. It's never looked so good! Overall very very pleased! More
