What Jackie didn't know was that I had been in retail sales for over thirty years and managed several companies with national award winning sales staffs. Over the years, my teams of sales people had been number one in sales and service several times competing against sometimes 800 other retailers. My experience with Jackie makes me wish I was still in the business. Jackie, by far, would have out performed anyone on my staff. Terrible service Worst place to buy a car. The DO NOT stand by anything they say. They will bat their eyes at you and say all these nice things then the moment you s Worst place to buy a car. The DO NOT stand by anything they say. They will bat their eyes at you and say all these nice things then the moment you sign the contract to buy the car, you are nothing but dirt to them. Even to try and get them to follow through on things they promised verbally and on paper to do and fix on the car. My car had a few things wrong with it that they would fix if I bought the car. They gave me the run around after I signed the paperwork even though they had it noted! They went against their word multiple times to the point they would leave me waiting in a meet up spot but would never show up. Thats right NEVER SHOWING UP. When THEY were the ones that told me the place and time. Not me. I would call them waiting asking if they were coming, and they would tell me they weren't. That other things happened instead. Okay? Ever thought of NOTIFYING your customers then? I took the time out of my day to drive to the location and then sat there and waited like an idiot to the point I had to call you to find out what was really going on. This happened 3 times. They are unprofessional. Here is another good example: There was a noise coming from my car and I suggested a failing strut since we just had it happen on another car. All the manager did (Jim) was walk over to the side of my car, push on my car and said 'nope not the strut.' I am sorry, but thats NOT an inspection. Thats a lame excuse to say you got what you want (I bought the car) now for me to leave. (GUESS WHAT? Took it to another place...It was the strut.) Then I continued getting the run around. Later to find out that the noise was actually noted in their initial look over in my paperwork. I could continue for ages on different stories or go into detail, but this would turn into an essay. All in short, they do not follow through on any of their words and when they ditch you, you become the problem or 'you don't work with their schedule,' even though you tell them 'anytime works' or 'you pick the time and day' DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. EVER. More

Very knowledgeable and experienced. They don't rush you in any way. They spend as much time answering all you questions. Didn't have to go to 3 different people to get answers. That means a lot. People don't take the time anymore but Auto park ford spent a lot of time in person and on phone to make sure all your questions were answered. Trust me, they care..
