Sandie was key in maintaining my patience and her willingness to help straighten out some unpleasant experiences resulted in the correction of my service issues. Big Service for a new Big Truck I'm not from the area, but when I saw online they had the F-450 I was looking for I spent the time to drive 2 hours to see it.
