Fast, Efficient, Friendly I took my 2016 car in for a routine oil change. While I appreciate thoroughness, I was approached in the waiting room and was given suggestions of 4 I took my 2016 car in for a routine oil change. While I appreciate thoroughness, I was approached in the waiting room and was given suggestions of 4 additional services that should be done on my 2 year old car. This is a bit frustrating since I don’t know if these are services the technician found that the car “needs” ~ or are they services that Ford ”recommends” but nothing serious that needs to be done right now. I have taken the car in several times for routine maintenance because we want to support the local community, but every time, I am approached about additional services! Please just do the service requested, and if additional service is obviously needed, let me know at that time. It comes across as a money-making sell job. More

Not straight forward I took a truck in that I had purchased in July because it was running rough. I was then told that my air filter was extremely dirty, and it needed replaced. I said that I had recently bought the truck so it had to be dirty when they sold it to me and I think they should cover it. When I picked the vehicle up, it didn’t mention anything about the air filter, so I asked. I was told that they blew it out with the air hose, so “everything is good to go now”. They were certainly more than ready to charge me for something that needs to be replaced, but when the onus is on them, it can be fixed with a little air. It did not give me any level of trust to return. More

Overcharged me for work that had to be redone. They inspected and recommended work that was unnecessary at inflated prices. Additionally there were vacuum leaks which impacted performance. When I left, they awarded me with $53 of coupons for additional work, which tells me I was overcharged. I’m very unhappy with the lousy job. More

Very friendly We've dealt with several dealerships in the past and never experienced one as friendly and welcoming as the team at Auto Park Ford. I say "team" because they worked around our schedule (we live an hour from the dealership) to set up a test drive. When we arrived our salesperson Amy was busy so Laura (I think that was her name) stepped in so we could take a test drive and answered our questions. All of the employees we met and worked with were very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable of their area. After our test drive and decision to buy, we discovered a couple of problems which they fixed it at no charge to us. They even washed it. Twice! Even the sales manager, Moe, stopped to ask us how we were doing. I can't say enough good things about the people and service at Auto Park Ford. More
