We strive to provide excellent service as you can see by our 5-Start Ratings. It pains us to read this feedback regarding your recent dealership experience. Normally we would not respond this way to a negative review however, after we believe going above and beyond for this customer, we have attempted several times to contact this customer and we have gotten no response back. I know it is impossible to make everyone happy but we try our best. In an attempt to earn a "Customer for Life," 3 years ago our owner spent $20,000 out of his pocket to put a diesel engine in a truck this customer owned. The engine was not under warranty and no other dealer would assist. 3 years later this customer returns to us to buy a 13 year old 251,000 mile truck from us and we were delighted to see them again and earn their business once more. After discounting the truck we still agreed to replace, not just fix, the headlights that had a bulb not working at the time they took delivery of the truck. They also noticed a couple seals that were seeping as do most this old and with this many miles. We explained we could not fix everything on this truck and offer for the price we did however, we also offered to the customer that if they would not be satisfied with just the headlight repair we would be happy to just buy back the truck as we don't want an unhappy customer on a 250,000 mile 13 year old truck. After a handshake and a thank you, we even offered a loaner vehicle during the process. Finally, due to the customer's misunderstanding which was explained to them, we went ahead anyway and covered a $1200 service bill to put on running boards and replace a seal. After all of that, $22,000 later directly out of our pocket for no reason except to make a customer happy that doesn't do business with us, on two 10+ year old vehicles we get a 1-Star Review and the customer threatening to tell everyone not to do business with us. Hopefully you will find after reading this that our 5-Star Dealership did not deserve this 1-Star review.

NICE!! U got the star that Matt deserves. Yes u did go above and beyond for us on the first truck and that is why we came back. And I also told everyone how u stood behind ur word. However on the second truck not so much... Yes u did do what u said in this response however the one star was given to Matt because I had to beg him to do the things HE PROMISED @ the time we came to check the truck out. We didn't need EMPTY promises cause we loved the truck and would have got it anyway. When I tried to talked to u about it u just dismissed me saying if u don't want the truck I take it back. Whatever dude suck up ur one star cause matt deserves it and as for me not getting back to u how did that feel... no need to reply I already know cause matt never wanted to answer any text or call from me after the sale was final. God Bless Y'all

For clarification, we had a very friendly and open conversation with the customer and agreed that if the fixes we promised to do were still not sufficient and the customer would continue to be unhappy with the experience and vehicle we would absolutely buy back the vehicle. We felt we gave the customer every option possible. Matt advocated for the customer in all conversations we had on how to help the customer.
