Auto Park Ford

I had pretty good service in the past with basic oil changes. But, when I was called for a safety recall for the rear half axles on my F150 things got interesting. I dropped off my truck that was runnin changes. But, when I was called for a safety recall for the rear half axles on my F150 things got interesting. I dropped off my truck that was running very smooth, Auto Park Ford changed the axles and the vibration problem started. They did not take ownership of my concern. I have been back and forth several times without success. Today they thought it was a good idea to do an alignment without asking for my permission. Now the steering wheel is cocked to the right about 5 degrees when it should be straight. I called another dealership for service. Auto Park Ford is destroying my F150 and my Ford experience. This is totally unacceptable. I would avoid Auto Park Ford until they hire some competent talent. I left a message for the GM, Dan Tack. I'm waiting for a reply. More

Our son got stuck in Sturgis with a flat tire and didn’t have the proper fitting to get the tire off. Auto Park Ford was nice enough to come out In the freezing cold and help him change his flat to a doughn have the proper fitting to get the tire off. Auto Park Ford was nice enough to come out In the freezing cold and help him change his flat to a doughnut and bring it back to the shop. They were able to get a new tire and have him back on the road in 24 hours. Everyone who works at Auto Park Ford are the best from service to their billing department. We are very grateful to have them here in Sturgis Michigan! More
