Didn't know what to expect! I drove an hour and a half for a car I had only seen online. I inquired about a 2018 Ford Flex and I was promptly in touch with a Man by the Name of Matt Schultz. At this point I was waiting to hear back about financing from my bank. When I got the approval I went ahead and scheduled an appointment the following day. When I arrived at the dealership with a check in my pocket Matt was outside polishing my baby up (on his day off no less). He greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. We went for a test drive and as soon as I sat in the car I knew this was the car for me, but I didn't tell Matt that. Not once during my 45 minute visit to the dealership did I feel pressured into buying the car, that is one thing that made my experience enjoyable. More
